Cons:

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and the entrance looks clean and cozy. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was not very positive.

Our room was located directly behind the reception area. It felt very humid, there was visible mold on the walls, and overall the room did not leave a good impression on us. While the common areas seemed nice, the condition of the room was disappointing and significantly affected our stay.

Lovely stay in Hoi An city centre
Pros:

Very welcoming staff, comfy bed. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and they helped me with the thermometer and tea. The wonderful ladies remember your breakfast order after a few days which is very sweet. The room was ok, nothing special, but the location of the hotel is superb.

Cons:

Bed covers and towels could be renewed, they look / feel washed off.

Pros:

The location was great and staff was helpful, but that's it for the highlights.

Cons:

We booked a deluxe room with a balcony and when we arrived it turned out we have a ground floor room just next to the reception and the open breakfast area (starting at 6:30am) so there was no way of sleeping in. The 'balcony' turned out to be a terrace of sorts but the view was a field full of trash with a few cows standing around. We requested to change the room, but were offer a downgrade for the same money + breakfast which we were not interested in. We cut our stay short. Moreover, the bathroom door was not a proper door, it was a wooden door made of slated pieces, leaving the space. It was not very private
