Schlaft woanders! Zimmer entspricht nicht den Bildern - dreckig, muffig, warm, kaputt
Pros:

Lage des Hotels wäre gut gewesen, wenn wir geblieben wären.
Das Personal war bemüht. Hat uns auch ein zweites Zimmer angeboten. Und die Stornierung ohne Diskussion akzeptiert (ohne Kosten). Zumindest das.

Cons:

Beide Zimmer (401 umd 201) waren sehr dreckig! Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Es roch in beiden Zimmern muffig. Die Bilder auf Booking.com wurden stark nachgebessert!! Die Google Bewertungen sind für mich nicht schlüssig. Gekauft?! Die Aussicht vom Balkon stimmt nicht überein. Beide Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht, klapperten stark, keine Anzeigen, defekte Bedienungen, gingen aus, kühlten nicht. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels für den Preis unzumutbar. Und das für angebliche 4 Sterne?! Nein! Die Wände hatten ebenfalls Flecken und teils große Löcher. Wir sind nicht kleinlich, aber hier konnten wir nicht bleiben.

Value for money in an excellent location
Pros:

Very close to the old town . The staff were really nice and helpful. The banana pancakes were amazing and the only hotel in Vietnam that seems to have an iron that guests can use 😳

The pool looked like it needed a bit of a clean

Bin hier zum 2. Mal und empfehle es weiter!
Pros:

De Vivre ist ein freundliches, unkompliziertes Hotel, in dem man sich schnell zu Hause fühlt. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Touristenviertels, kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber, erschwingliche Restaurants und Cafés um die Ecke.

Cons:

Für mich sind die Matratzen zu hart, andere mögen dies anders empfinden.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Airport pick up was smooth. Room was fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Room needed a deeper cleaning especially around/behind the night stands.

Pros:

We liked the helpful and welcoming receptionist and staff. The room was comfortable and had good cupboard space and nice balcony. The roomy bathroom had separate shower and the water was hot hot hot! Location was great away from bustle but close to walk to old town, banks, shops... Some great little restaurants/cafes around and mini mart across road.
