La gentillesse des propriétaires et du très gentil hakach. Nous nous sommes sentis comme a la maison,.nous avons eu d'exellents conseils pour nos visites.
C'est un endroit avec beaucoup de charme

Too expensive with no breakfast and very small room. NOT A VALUE FOR MONEY.

The room was too small and since they do not provide breakfast, it was not a good value for money.

Cons:

The WC Seat was broken, the soap dish was fitted opposite the WC and while sitting and getting up, twice my head was injured badly.

Danke von Herzen für diese tolle Zeit bei euch, ihr macht diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Speziellem. Der aussergewöhnliche Stay in Mitten von Kunst war fantastisch. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen!

We stayed there the 2nd time and if we come back to cochi one day, we will book this place again.
Pros:

A really lovely place in the heart of cochin. The rooms are clean and modern with nice retro design furniture. The backyard offers a nice terrace and is full of plants. The entrance hall is full of beautiful paintings.

Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance from all tourist spots. Room was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts and caretaker were so sweet!

Cons:

The room was extremely small, much smaller than it looks in the pictures. There's no space to stand or keep your luggage.

A lovely stay with art!
Pros:

First of all, this is place of exceptionally beautiful art, I could spent a lot of time enjoying the art works.
Second, the hosts, which are also the artists, are the kindest and most helpful people. They give plenty of time for chatting, and if youre an artists yourself, you can possible join them to do some painting yourself. There might even bea chance for lessons.
There are lots of nice restaurants and cafés nearby.
The rooms was really cosy and clean, I loved hanging out there to relax. And the small gardens is beautiful!
