Well maintained and comfortable villa walking distance to the beach. The staff made sure I had everything I needed including getting me fruit and meals delivered. The place is very clean and they offer super healthy breakfast options. I also really liked the pool there.
Construction next door part of the time. They warned me about it before I checked in and it wasn’t consistent noise or work.

Stunning property and lovely staff. We were so happy here and it felt like home. Had the large lovely pool to ourselves. Excellent location and lovely facilities. Super comfortable and tasteful surrounds. A Bang Beach was the best. So close to Hoi Anh but the local beach is divine. Can’t wait to go back. Incredible hostess. Nothing was too much trouble.

The place is amazing! Without a doubt one of the most comfortable stays we had during our trip in Vietnam. Location is fantastic, close to gorgeous beaches and surrounded by many great places to eat. The villa itself is a wonderful place to relax, sharing a great swimming pool with only a couple more villas. We dealt with Quyen from even before our arrival and she made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

Villa was amazing and the new swimming pool is an excellent addition. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was fantatsic and location is great for a beach stay. Relatively easy to make way into Hoi An with Grab or Taxi.
Breakfast was quoted on booking, but only got breakfast 2 of 5 days due to TET, perhaps something could have been provided or communicated a little earlier to negate that, it is a nice selling point to have breakfast provided, but disappointing to find out on arrival it was not available. It was an excellent breakfast when we did have it!
Right from the start we were greeted with fresh hibiscus water and fruits. The staff were the most attentive I’ve ever experienced and make our stay so easy. The whole place is beautiful and peaceful. Absolutely everything was great.
Nothing really. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the township. Would suggest renting bikes to get around.

Perfect location. I take 2m to go to beach. I choose omelette for breafast, It'so delicious.
Villa had big yard and a lot of coconut trees, I could have free fresh coconut. Staff of Pao Homes were friendly and helpfull, they suggested somes nice restaurants around An Bang Beach and Old Town.

A Villa in An Bang beach, very good location right in front of the beach. What I love about this villa is that they drive towards sustainability and care for the environment. There are lots of restaurants, mini mart there. Easy to contact with Pao Home team and they give me may recommendation to visit and eat. I will be back here soon
