Stay was good but the deals was not transparent at all
Cons:

They said that the vouchers I got from Booking.com cannot be redeemed.
According to them Booking.con provides vouchers on their own and they can’t do anything with that. I got 15% off on food and drinks from Booking.com and at the time of check out when I was at the reception,the hotel management straightaway said no to provide discount

Better than what we expected.
Pros:

The food is impeccable. It was so much more than we expected. Hotel overall is average but maintenance is definitely above average. And the highlights are staff and food. The most amazing staff I have ever come across, so accommodating and polite.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better.

Disappointing
Pros:

Top quality service, especially Mr. Suman from West Bengal as he told me was the highlight and only reason for positive reviews, stay was comfortable and staff was helpful.

Cons:

had a really bad experience on arrival, full payment (for 3 days) without any documentary evidence was asked on check in, on asking the proof of policies, the manager asked us to cancel the hotel deducting 50% payment which was done in advance. In the night and my wife with me, I was left with no choice. The hotel has trust issues with the customers and have lack of hospitality in this matter. It's like pay first and then anything. For beverages they asked for payment first and then provided the same. As if we were running away. It feels really bad as a guest with such sense of disbelief.
Overall the stay was 50-50. 100% reviews for the staff, 0% reviews for the management.
