I wanted a hotel without luxury conditions but I had the worst accommodation of my life. This was due to the fact that this room is located in the attic of the building and does not have air conditioning. The room was unbearably hot. Without exaggerating, I think it was over 40-50 degrees inside. We opened the windows permanently so we could breathe otherwise we would faint. You could not breathe the hot air in that room. This room with number 331 ETINCELLE - should not receive the operating permit for human living conditions. To get to this attic room you had to go through many very small hallways and climb many very mixed and chaotic stairs. If there is a fire in the hotel, you have no chance of escaping and being able to leave the hotel. I don't even know how this hotel was able to obtain the operating permit. For older people or those with disabilities, there is no comfortable possibility of reaching this room. When we arrived at the hotel and saw the conditions, we asked them to change our room or refund our money so we could book another hotel. The person at the reception did not want to talk to us or resolve this situation. He hardly let us take an additional fan from the dining room to try to use it in the room. Although the bathroom and linen were clean, there were insects circulating in the room and on the walls, typical of a wooden building. I do not recommend this room to anyone from the point of view of health, normal comfort and especially personal fire safety. The hotel staff is uncooperative and I would even recommend that the authorities check the conditions inside and fire safety.

Odalarda havlu terlik yoktu. Klimasızdı odalar ama iki tane fan koymuşlardı biri çok iyi serinletiyordu; bu şekilde çözülmüş oldu. Asansör yok, bol merdiven ile odalara ulaşılıyor. Oda küçüktü.
