It's pretty good, walkable to various things, but also quiet. The room was great, nice tub, fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine, sofa, plenty of table space, comfortable bed.
The staff was a bit hard to get a hold of, didn't answer my request for more water, clean towels etc.. Also the fact that it's in a narrow alley and maps doesn't quite figure it out, sometimes grab drivers would stop at the end of the alley instead of coming to the hotel.

The property is very nice, clean and they have all we need
Location closer to the airport than more popular places like the Old Quarter, so we chose it for an overnight stay during transit.
Place was very run down I poor repair. Walls have holes, one of the lights make noises when turned on, which shows it was very badly installed. The floor was dusty and has hairs. I will never stay there again. The washing machine was there but has its control panel removed. Shower has no handle for the shower head. Towels were probably clean but has lots of black stains. The standing shower has no shower curtain. The bathroom basin was leaking...
