Pros:

Good quality fixtures and fittings. Comfy bed. Lovely staff.

restful and very peaceful. Sherbourne artisan market is a must. the Abbey is well worth a visit

Three night break in Dorset
Pros:

We couldn't fault the room. It was very large with a sofa, mini fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom too was roomy with an excellent shower. Face flannels were provided, which is always a plus point. The staff were all very pleasant but service was a bit hit and miss. We liked the fact that they had EV charging on site.

Cons:

It was a great shame that the restaurant had closed earlier in the year, but there was a microwave provided for evening meals which we didn't take advantage of. There were some very good restaurants in the town but they were fully booked on 2 of our 3 nights stay.

Good location if you don't mind a walk into town. Plenty of on site parking.

Cons:

Fairly poor housekeeping. No dressing gowns or slippers and only 1 set of towels in the room. Room and bathroom were dusty. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Bed making could be improved. Used glasses not replaced for the second day's stay. Breakfast menu looked promising but quality of food was poor.

Staff made it brilliant and location and AC amazing!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing - in particular the manager. They made all of us feel so welcome and were so accommodating.

Cons:

Having to request to have our room cleaned - we did not realise we needed to do that and it went uncleaned for two days - make sure you request a clean!
