Pros:

Le lieu, le personnel même si la communication était difficile, personne ne parlait anglais
Dommage que tout ait l'air d'être ay l'abandon

D'abord les avions trop proches jusqu'à 23 au moins puis dès 5h 30 puis les moteurs des nombreux bateaux de pêche toute la nuit
L'accès très compliqué car la route est en travaux pour l'année
L'accès au lieu très très compliqué car en pente,
Le manque de propreté
Impossible d'y séjourner plus d'une nuit sauf si on aime les nuits blanches
Donc bien trop cher

I will dream and talk about my stay for a long time.
Pros:

It was so tranquil with a stunning setting and the bungalow was really cosy and comfy.

Cons:

It is very very remote and the restaurant closed early and it is a bit tired in places
It was very hard to reach with a drive over the mountain however they are building a new road but that might spoil the remoteness and tranquility. So it was worth the effort.
But all of the above added to the authenticity of the experience so I didn’t see it as a negative overall.

Luxury beach hut getaway in a relaxed location!
Pros:

Rustic, remote and perfect location. It is a real getaway! The staff were amazing and our beach hut was perfect!

Cons:

As it is such a remote location, it would have been nice to have the option of renting a scooter to see the area.

The location was idyllic. Such a beautiful place to take time out from the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Cons:

Some of the plastic that washes up on the beach. I know the staff do their best to keep it clean. Our had fab location with view to beach and sea just a bit dated. Need lick of paint.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick & für uns war es völlig ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch Bedarf das Bad/WC einer Erneuerung.

So much potential
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning - truly a slice of paradise. The staff are incredibly kind and go out of their way to help at any time of day. The complimentary plates of fruit, along with tea and coffee, are a lovely touch, as is the free laundry service. I didn’t try the complimentary head massage and shampoo, but it was another thoughtful extra.

The tide does bring in rubbish, but the staff work tirelessly to keep the beach beautifully clean. The site itself is spacious, with plenty of nooks and crannies to explore or tuck yourself away in. It’s the perfect place to switch off, relax, and unwind.

Cons:

This is very hard for me to write given all of the positives above, especially how friendly and hardworking the staff are -but the reality is that Starfish is not hitting the mark.

The pricing feels significantly out of step with what is being delivered. Starfish positions itself at the mid-higher end of the market, but unfortunately the experience doesn’t reflect that. We upgraded and stayed in the bungalows, which were advertised as deluxe on Booking.com. In truth, they were anything but. They are in serious need of a full renovation, as are large parts of the complex overall.

We paid £350 for three nights (two bungalows), and frankly, in terms of value, it felt closer to £150.

Given the remote location, dining options outside the property are virtually non-existent, so you are effectively required to eat on site. While I can highly recommend the hotpots, the rest of the food was generally poor in quality and overpriced for what was offered.

It’s disappointing, because with the incredible location and genuinely lovely staff, this place has so much potential - but at its current price point, it falls short.
