Pros:

The location is fantastic, the views are amazing, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! Also the hotel restaurant was very good. Normally I only eat at hotel restaurants as a last resort but the food from this one was actually very nice.

Cons:

To set expectations for US travelers. They are good rooms for the area but for US standard expect more like 2-3 star accommodations, not 4 star. The rooms that are owned (not part of the hotel) are not maintained at the same level as the rooms run by the hotel.

Muito Bom!
Pros:

Tem uma vista muito bonita do Rio, foi somente uma diária, pois estava em uma conexão de voo. Não dormi no quarto, pois cheguei às 14h e por volta das 23h do mesmo dia fui para o aeroporto. As fotos refletem bem o quarto, porém parece ser um pouco maior, contudo foi satisfatório. Um ponto positivo é que no próprio hotel tem um restaurante com uma comida muito boa, algo que facilitou muito, pois só desci, jantei e voltei para o quarto para descansar, pois logo em seguida tinha um voo. A piscina também estava muito boa, o tempo estava um pouco fechado, porém deu para aproveitar.

Cons:

O hotel esta em reforma em algumas áreas externas, e outras áreas estavam em manutenção. Porém não foi tão ruim assim, mas tirou um pouco a beleza do lugar, pois nas fotos tudo estava muito bonito, porém não afetou a reserva, pois o quarto estava muito bom.

Lugar sublime, o que estraga são as pessoas.
Pros:

Excelente localização e vista maravilhosa do rio Negro. Pôr do sol sublime.

Cons:

Internet fraca.
O ambiente na piscina; infelizmente as pessoas não sabem se comportar em lugar público.
