Literally nothing.
To get to this place, you must walk by a street full of escorts. The room smells like cigarettes, the bathroom was greasy and not clean. The pillow case was stained.

The fact that the hotel was in prostitute alley, a fact that is missed from the description when booking. We only stayed there for 1 night as my wife, daughter, and I did not feel safe. We did ask for a refund, but this was declined.
The room was good and the hosts were professional. Good no thrills stay.
The location wasn't to my liking, but that was my fault for not doing the research.
They do not have a reception. You’ll need to contact the landlord so you’ll data. It’s tuck in a prostitution’s hub walkway deep in the alley. Very difficult to find if you have lots of luggage and don’t know where you’re going. I don’t recommend this area. Loud noise, Construction daily.
Didn’t realise that it was directly in the red light District with women of the night right outside our door and shouting at men throughout the night. Lot of ants in the rooms and shower head didn’t stay on the wall. Passable for a cheap night but not the best condition.

AIRCON not working and manager refused to cancel and refund. Vietnam is hot country foreigners wont be able to sleep without proper working aircon. Had to check out within few hours of checking it. Avoid this place!
The room was spacious, we had a small kitchen and a balcony, a sofa and a bed.
The bed was also comfortable. The room was clean and it was a good value for the money.
Although the room was clean the bathroom felt like it required more cleaning. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and the shower head kept falling off. There were also no slippers for the house or the bathroom (which would usually get all wet from the shower).
Great air conditioning and it’s at an amazing price and location for the quality of the apartment.

There’s no lift to the room so you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of hot and stuffy stairs, but this can’t be helped.
I also would prefer a deadlock on the door in addition to the regular lock.
It was a nice room with a comfy bed and comfy pillows that about it to be fair!
There was ants and mosquitoes everywhere, there was a constant drilling sound outside that kept you up all night
The bed was good. Nice person that worked there. Frezzer and a big refrigerator Easy and fast Check out.
No elevator, my room was at 4th floor. 🥴 No view, plus bars on the window, the tv did not work. Did not see any fire exit.
The bed was super comfy! It had everything you needed.

The apartment is located in the middle of a busy area with clubs, bars, massage parlours and restaurants that are open until 6am. The noise was horrific and we had no sleep for the 2 nights we were there. The entrance to the apartment block is open constantly and you can hear people walk outside your room throughout the night. The bathroom needs improving- the shower head didn’t have a holder on the wall and the bath wasn’t great. Photos didn’t match our expectations of the apartment. Kitchen area didn’t have much.
Rooms here are very spacious and comfortable.
