La convivialité agréable et merci à toute l'équipe
Pros:

Petit déjeuné varié a la carte très bien comme pour l ensemble des repas
Entretien des chambres ordonné et propre
Et propre à l'établissement un accueil tres agréable sympathique et disponible.
La direction et le personnel très compétents,un mot (continuer ).
J'espere que tous le personnel se reconaitra ( bravo à toutes et à tous).
Et je mettrai une note de 9/10

Comme précédement rien ajouter
Excepté malheurement les coupures fréquentes d'éléctricité de la ville se répercutant à l'hotel mais pas trop dérangeant.

Malheureusement ,je n'ai pas pu envoyé des photos .

Les personnels sont très accueillants , souriants,

Cons:

Lit infesté ou mal entretenu, on se grattait toute la nuit. Coupures d’électricité fréquentes. Chambre très mal isolée, impossible de se reposer, de jour comme de nuit. Très loin des attentes minimales de confort.

Pulito, accogliente e luminoso.

Cons:

Il prezzo non era quello accordato dalla riservazione e è stato necessario più tempo di quello indicato per arrivare allo stabilimento dall'areoporto. Prezzi ristorante cari rispetto alla qualità.

El sitio está muy limpio y el personal muy amable. El restaurante ofrece comida muy rica . Fueron muy flexibles con nuestra hora de cheking

Pros:

Very peaceful and comfy hotel. The manager was always helpful in answering requests.

Cons:

The restaurant is not ready for international visitors, they don't explain the menu well and misunderstand what you ask for.

The prices are too high for the quality and portions in comparison with other hotels with better food quality and restaurant services in Tana.

Not the worse we’ve had in Tana.
Pros:

It was fairly clean all things considered in Tana. Close to the airport.

Cons:

The food is greasy af but so it is everywhere else. The picture with the pool is fake, it does not have one. And they don’t really speak English.
