We absolutely loved our room with two balconies and an amazing view! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great coffee to start the day right.
For some reason, our towels were never replaced during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. We had to go to the front desk each time we wanted fresh ones, and while the staff were always polite and quick to help, it was still a little odd that housekeeping didn’t handle it automatically. Not sure why :)

Sympathisches familiäres Hotel, gutes Frühstück, sehr sauber, freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Mont Blanc.
Their food was amazing. The staff was also very responsive, friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about the hotel! We came to get a bit of wintry Christmasy atmosphere and we’re not disappointed. On arrival we were given a table for lunch with a spectacular view of the famous Aiguille du Midi which we enjoyed with our delicious lunch. Checking into our room we found the same spectacular view from our balcony. Our room though not large was very comfortable with a modern walk in shower and two windows! Our dinners at the hotel were excellent starting with tasty aperitif snacks and ending with an amazing buffet of desserts. Breakfast was equally impressive. We loved that the hotel is only a short walk from the train which runs through the valley allowing easy access to Chamonix and the other villages for free as hotel guests get a free pass! We highly recommend this hotel for a winter visit and look forward to coming again in the summer to take advantage of the pool and many activities available in the valley!
