Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und das Bett bequem.
Die Lage war auch gut. Es gab einen privaten Parkplatz.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat leider so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war trotzdem sehr warm.. die Mini bar war leer und der Pool auf dem Dach war leider sehr schmutzig.. das Wasser war grün!

Great for a short stay
Pros:

It's right by the sea and beaches (~4 min. walk). Shops and restaurants by walking distance. There's an AC in the room, balcony and great light isolation (blinds that make room dark). It's by the street, but at night it's quite, only motocycles and ambulance waked me up. Lovely, helpfull staff, speaks italian and english.

Cons:

There were a few inconveniences. Doors are quite thin so we could hear neighbours coming and going to their room. And there were trash from previous guest left in the bathroom. Despite that, greate place to stay the night while enjoing sea and sun

Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is nice, recently renovated, close to the beach.

Cons:

The shower cabin is very small, you barely have enough room to enter. There is no refrigerator in the room, only a wine cooler.
