The property itself is amazing. Great location, huge clean rooms, clean bathroom, great shower, WiFi works perfectly and they'll change you the towels and make up the room every day :) plus on the roof top you have the bar for your breakfast and trust me, everything is freaking delicious!! The girl who runs the place is alone and she does a phenomenal job!! Trust me you'll love the place :) so far our best experience in Vietnam

War bereits im Dez. 2023 schon einmal hier, sehr gute Lage, nur 40 m bis zur Promenade am Meer, die Besitzerin ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr gutes Frühstück im I Cafe auf dem Dach der Unterkunft, Rollerausleihe unkompliziert, Tagesaktionen bei ihr buchbar, sehr empfehlenswert, sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis,

Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, gần biển, nhân viên nhiệt tình, tầng thượng view biển đẹp. Gần sát bên có quán cơm gia đình ngon giá hợp lý.

Cons:

Lúc mình ở thì TV đang sửa mạng không xem được. Biển khu vực này không sạch, chỗ mình ở ổn nhất chỗ đó

Aire acondicionado y todo lo que necesitas.
La dueña es maravillosa, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudando en todo lo posible. Limpian la habitación todos los dias.

房间空间很大，非常干净，有阳台和天台，提供空调、风扇、冰箱，在炎热的美奈是必要的.老板很热情，续住无房后给免费升级了其他房间.位置靠近海边，距离美奈鱼市几公里，提供餐饮服务、租车服务等等，价格合理.下次来还会继续选择这里.

A lovely little homestay by the sea!
Pros:

Lovely staff, honest accommodation at an honest price, great breakfast available on the super cute terrace bar, quiet environment, thoroughly recommended.

Cons:

There are restaurants and small shops in the immediate area, but nothing much else. The beach is "meh" at best. (none of these are in the control of the hotel).
