Wise space to spend money...
Pros:

I like d fact that they all have Listening ears to their customer's demands.

Themba, you are d best for always changing my room at my demand. Just to give me the complete tourist thrill....
Is it the cleaning supervisor??? Who made sure that the room was neva too cold to freeze me. I love you guys...

You go far and above in your customer services.

I didnt feel like leaving again. Yet i initially was skeptical when i booked on booking.com because booking.com has taken my money before.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that i needed to leave Six on N.

Decent place to stay for the price.
Pros:

Walking distance to sea, amenities, supermarket nearby. Place was quiet and felt secure.

Cons:

No bidet, or hand held shower. Only rain shower. Cooking pots had scratches even after giving feedback to staff, nothing was done. Need to pay 150 Rand per day for car park. At times cannot watch Netflix as too many Accts in use. Housekeeping every 2 days only.

Pros:

Had a lovely stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very easy to settle into. The pillows were surprisingly great (which is always a bonus!), the hot water was reliable, and everything we needed was readily available.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended it for a few extra days. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to others! :)

Cons:

The only area that could use some attention is mold control in the bathroom, as there was some visible mold present. Larger bath towels would also be appreciated. Otherwise, we had a great experience! :)

Pros:

Nice Restaurant at the Groundfloor. Only issue it closes at 5 in the evening. Staff was very helpful and had provided all the information for our tour with weather alerts.

Excellent Property with all the amenities provided.
Pros:

From the day we contacted the property, they had been very accomodatitive. We were a group of 25 people and reached late in the night. Staff had made all the arrangement for our checkin.

We would be hesitant to book there again because of the check in chaos.
Pros:

Newly renovated self catering unit, comfortable and perfect location, serviced daily. The TV was easy to link to our devices so that we could stream music..

Cons:

When we arrived, they had us on their system (and had acknowledged our late check in time request on Booking.com) but no suite was allocated to us. We were told that they were full and had nothing available for us. The lady phoned around trying to find us alternative accommodation (from other rental properties that they manage). After about an hour she said that they could give us an upgrade. Very frustrating, especially at that time of night...!
The window with a view was dirty but they said that it too dangerous to clean which was absolute nonsense.... We asked for cleaning equipment and cleaned it ourselves while they watched...

Everything was perfecr. Unfortunatly, the cleaning team was a bit confused.....they were coming every 2 days but every time , something was missing. But everyone ( staff) was super kind. I do recommand this place to enjoy CT 😍

Strongly recommend, would come again.
Pros:

As a first time, solo female traveler to SA I had some concerns about safety. The reviews here were reassuring and the apartment lived up to expectations. I felt safe, the apartment was perfectly sized and equipped for one person, the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, it was wonderful having laundry on site, the downstairs cafe was fantastic, the building was secure, there was a safe for passports etc in my closet.
I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to others. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

There was a slight smell of damp in the bathroom, but I think that was simply the time of year given all the rain. I had a minor electrical issue in the room but the staff addressed it immediately. Neither thing would prevent me from coming back or recommending to others.
