Practical, affordable and super located
Pros:

It‘s super close to the beach, lots of restaurants in the area, a coffee and breakfast place just next to the building, very friendly staff. Amazing!

Well situated apartment in the heart of Seapoint
Pros:

Situated close to the seapoint promenade and restaurants and major streets. The apartments are comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay.

Pros:

Gute Lage im sicheren und gepflegtem Viertel Sea Point zwischen Uferpromenade und Mainroad mit Geschäften und Restaurants. City-Busverbindungen nahe bei.
Die grössere Appartmentform ist praktisch aufgeteilt mit genügend Ablageplatz in Wandschränken (mi Safe) und gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Für zwei Personen gut geeignet, auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Hilfsbereites Personal mit rund um die Uhr besetzter Reception. Alle zwei Tage Reinigungsdienst und Wechsel der Handtücher. Direkt angrenzendes gutes Cafe mit Durchgang zum Haus.

Cons:

Gläser und Besteck war nicht vollständig (jeweils 4 mal), wurde aber nach mehrmaliger Bitte ergänzt. Bratpfanne alt und verkratzt. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse im sechsten Stock ist eher eine grössere Badewanne. Maximal drei Schwimmstösse möglich im Kampf mit dem Schlauch des Putzroboters. Dafür schöner Blick auf den Signal Hill und den Lions Head. Waschbecken im Bad zu klein und man stösst sich den Kopf am Spiegelschrank.

Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, da das Apartment mit seinem Personal und der Lage überzeugt.
Pros:

Die Lage war top, total zentral und schön gelegen. Außerdem war das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und uns hat die Dachterrasse mit dem Pool sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Unsere Couch roch extrem nach Hund, was wohl daran lag, dass Tiere in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind. Das war der einzige Nachteil an dem Apartment.
