De locatie in het historisch pand is uitzonderlijk, in een rustige wijk dicht bij het oud centrum. Het ommuurde domein bevat een tuin die een oase van rust en schoonheid is. Het hotels kleinschalig maar de kamer (100 m2) was reusachtig. De staff is zeer gedienstig.
Kleine details: de zakdoekendoos in de badkamer was leeg bij aankomst, het ontbijt is beperkt qua keuzemogelijkheden. Er is een waterkoker in de kamer maar geen kopjes. Jammer, gezien de prijs.

Fantastic location and building in the heart of the city but quiet and peaceful too. Room size was exceptional, bed comfy, and bathroom excellent size with great products in the shower! Staff were very helpful too!
Muy tranquilo. Muy bien todo. Hay q tener en cuebta que no hay television y q esta en el cebtro antiguo. Por lo demas muy bien. Diferente a cualquier hotel cinvencuinal. Si buscas historia y tranquilidad con todas las comodidas. Este es el lugar.

Ubicación perfecta, un remanso de paz en el centro de Toledo, un sitio realmente agradable en el que estar, decorado con buen gusto, la atención en recepción muy buena, desayuno (no incluido) también muy rico.
En la habitación de la planta baja se oye bastante el crujido del suelo de la planta superior, pero es un inconveniente menor. Como sugerencia, poner un visillo en la ventana de la planta baja, para poder tener intimidad sin renunciar a la entrada de luz.

Mejor del alojamiento
La falta de opciones para aparcar. Es realmente difícil llegar con auto, porque las calles son muy estrechas. Deberían ofrecen el servicio de Valet Parking: que te recojan el auto en la puerta y te lo lleven a un parking, porque el único parking cercano estaba siempre lleno. Por otra parte, las toallas del baño tenían aspecto muy viejo y son colores oscuros. Yo os recomendaría poner toallas blancas y renovarlas
