Pros:

Très belle vue sur la montagne et la mer
Établissement récent
Chambre spacieuse et propre
Piscines très agréables
Restaurant de l’hôtel très bon

Cons:

Peu de choix au petit dej
Horaire de la piscine restreint de 11h à 18h ( car l’espace est partagé avec le restaurant)
Bloc Clim sous notre balcon ce qui envoyait de la chaleur

Nádherný výhled na Sarandë
Pros:

I když už to byla naše třetí návštěva Albánie (ale poprvé v této nejjižnější oblasti) čekal jsem s napsáním tohoto komentáře až na návrat z našeho prázdninového 9.000 km dlouhého roadtripu po jihovýchodnim Balkánu a Itálii (včetně Elby a Sicílie) - také proto, abych mohl víc srovnávat:

- tak krásný výhled z pokoje hotelu na moře (a ostrov Korfu v tomto případě) najdete málokde jinde na celém pobřeží Jadranu, Jónského i Tyrhénského moře.
- velmi ochotný a sympatický personál
- moderní vybavení, čistota, bazény....
- nadstandardní výběr a kvalita sortimentu pro snídani
- výborná večeře (a i přes výše uvedené cenově dostupná)
- před příjezdem zaslány ubytováním cenné informace (obzvlášť důležité pro toho, kdo sem jede vlastním autem)

A v neposlední řadě jsem rád, že jsem podpořil místního vlastníka a provozovatele hotelu (což je v dnešní době překotného rozparcelování této krásné země pro Albánce myslím dost důležité).

Cons:

Hotel této úrovně už by si zasloužil na pokoji kávovar + pár kapslí, varnou konvici + čaj a láhev čisté vody (zdarma - mimo Minibar).

I když to není záležitostí přímo hotelu, nemalý dojem na pobyt v ubytování to zanechá:
- příjezdová cesta mě moc nenadchla. Nejde jen o povrch (až na ty dvě velké díry o pár zatáček níže) je odpovídající tomu obrovskému sklonu stoupání (asfalt by víc klouzal), ale trpěl jsem při výjezdech spolu se spojkou a celkově s autem, protože nás také ještě potom muselo dopravit do víc než 2000 km vzdáleného domova (a pak na tu druhou část roadtripu).
Z mého pohledu by bylo nejlepší řešení upravit a zaasfaltovat současnou terénní cestu na Gjashtë (po vrstevnici) - pak by to bylo super.
Pak tu byla ještě jedna věc (patrně chyba Bookingu) - podle jejich podmínek měla být platba za ubytování v EUR, byla však v ALL (měnovou konverzí nás pobyt stál cca 40 € navíc).

The view.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is horrible. You driving and you are not sure if it’s a road or offroad.
Cleaning- we been stayed for 7 nights and during that period not even once they changed our bedding. Never mopped the floor.

Amazing views, but the food and restaurant service definitely need improvement.
Pros:

The beautiful sea view was definitely the highlight of our stay. Absolutely stunning!

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the food. The breakfast buffet was very repetitive with little variety. The coffee was actually the best part. Dinner was unfortunately much worse — we waited almost two hours for our food, and the Aperol Spritz was probably the worst we’ve ever had, extremely watery and almost tasteless.

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. Y se cena muy bien!

Las vistas, la bienvenida, el personal, la piscina y jacuzzi, las cenas, un lugar muy bonito.

Cons:

El acceso es complicado ( como en todos los lugares con buenas vistas).
No me cobraron lo que contraté en Booking, me cobraron allí cuando llegamos, en lugar de cobrarme unos días antes como ponía en Booking. Y me dijeron que al cambio me tenía que cobrar 59€ más.

Really great room.Comfortable and big. Not quite a sea view, but a lovely balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was up a very steep hill. Driving up quite hairy for non Albanian drivers! We opted to walk up and down. Took about 40 mins. Probably wouldn't have booked if we'd known. Restaurant open for all, which meant it was hard to get a table as a guest. Given the location, think they need to look at that. Pool only open between 11am & 6pm. Think they need to look at that too. Felt like being a guest was secondary to visiting the restaurant. The ambience in the restaurant was not great & lacked atmosphere. Weirdly our towels were replaced on the first day and the second day we had no towels!
