No free breakfast, smoke filled facility
The elevator did not work
Arrived at hotel for late check in after 1 am, and no staff was present at the front desk or lobby to let me in or check me in. I stood outside for over 10 minutes. I left the property and checked in at another hotel in the area. Today I have just been notified that I was charged for a NO Show. I am Not Happy at all, I should not have never been charged.
Very friendly staff.
Location and room could use a refresh. Although room was very clean.

The only thing good about this property was that it was close to where we needed to be.
This was the most disguising hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we stay in a hotel almost every week. We killed over 10 roaches in our two night stay. The cabinets and cupboards were peeling and warping and disgustingly dirty. The floor was sticky. The bathroom was disgusting and so dirty. There was coloring all over the headboards and walls and bugs in all of the lights. And there were very questionable homeless people hanging out all around the building and at the entrance at any given time.

It was a bed to sleep in, decent location right off 35.
The room was very unkept and old, bugs in the room, nasty shower and sinks, hallways smelled terrible and staff was not readily available.

Nothing about the property was good the guy behind the front desk had he’s children running around.
They didn’t wanna take me because my ID is still up and down instead of side ways which is stupid. And then he tried to say that my ID was expired but clearly on my ID it says it doesn’t Expire until 2028 so they are on some bs I never had this happen before and I stay at multiple places, then they didn’t let me cancel it and said I had to cancel it through booking so I was on customer service for a while and booking.com tried to call them multiple times which it didn’t go through at all but when I called it went through so it’s shady asf, I been in this business industry before so they had the booking.com customer service blocked on there phone
It was very convenient to the all the attractions that we had planned for the day
The bed wasn’t made up when we got to our room. The tv also did not work half of the picture was gone. We had no toilet paper in our bathroom. To top it off our room had a smell to it that wasn’t pleasant.
How the front desk open my door when I was changing into my other clothes I would like a refund bed sheets was dirty both of them
