Very disappointed.
Pros:

The guard and the maintenance people are polite and respectful. Free netflix, no need to login using my own netflix subscription. There's lots of towels and bed sheet. Aircon is very good.

Cons:

the location is on 2nd floor with no view. We are not informed that we need to have a picture twice for security, first is with the care taker and 2nd is with the security guard. We are also not informed that the parking is not free and its far from the tower. it's a hassle going back and forth from the parking area to the room. There's a lot of hair under the extra bed hidden. We were locked out by the faulty door knob multiple times which is very disappointing. There are people walking in the roof which we can see from the balcony, we are private people and we dont want anyone going back and forth in the roof infront of our balcony.

Clean place, but the experience was inconvenient and stressful.
Pros:

Clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

No tissue, not enough towels and blankets, late notice on the tower transfer, only one shuttle—11 AM in the morning, none at night—no parking even if we’re willing to pay, and the parking is far. Plus, there’s a swimming fee of 350 per person, which wasn’t noted anywhere. It’s such a hassle.

Expectation vs reality
Pros:

The venue of t9wer 1 is convinient bcoz of its location near amenities like 7-11 & club house.

Cons:

Im expecting to have a nice view of tagaytay. Im only at the 2nd floor. The owner must indicate the floors of there facility to meet the expectation of their customer.

Pros:

The picture posted and the actual was really similar. The whole unit was clean and tidy during our stay. I also love the view from the balcony since it's located in the second floor only. Convenient stores, restaurants are nearby the condo unit so it's really accessible.

Cons:

They don't provide toiletries especially tissues or even slippers. The internet is not fast and stable since they are only using a data plan so I don't recommend it for someone who'll be working online/remotely. We used our own Netflix account to watched.

Pros:

The room was clean and organized.

Cons:

There were no toiletries included, such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. The actual room is also not the same as in the pictures. I’m not sure if we were transferred to a different room and they just forgot to inform us about it.

The room seemed unused that's why there's an odd smell. The heater is broken so we had to use the electric kettle, it was so cold during our stay.
