Éviter la chambre du bas. Moustiques, lumière de l'escalier qui rentre dans la chambre
La localisation est bien, l'équipement de l'appartement est bien aussi quand tout marche.
J’aurais aimé mon séjour si j’avais eu l’eau courante.
Il y a eu un problème d'alimentation d’eau pendant les 2 jours dans le logement. La pompe qui amenait l’eau avait un problème et du coup je n’ai eu en 2 jours que 4 fois 5 minutes avec l’eau courante dans l’appartement (une personne venait redémarrer la pompe et elle s'arrêtait tout de suite) donc pas de douche en 2 jours!!! Aucun geste commercial, j’ai du payer le prix complet malgré l'absence d’eau.
Communication pas simple car le propriétaire n’était pas sur place et les personnes sur place n'avaient pas eu les informations pour me joindre.
La proximité du centre ville (15min) et de la plage (10min)
Les cafards ou blattes, appelez ça comme vous voulez, la nuit elle sortait de tous les trous d'évacuation d'eau 😅

Sur Booking il est indiqué une chambre de 40m carrée mais elle devait en faire 8...Allez peut-être 10 avec la salle de bain mais pas plus 😅
It was cheap, but not worth it. Ended up leaving and booking something else. The room was musty and had a moldy smell. Fridge did not work. Locals would not recommend to stay there due crime and dark entry of the location.

-The attendant was complaining because I was disturbing her siesta when she specifically said just knock when you need anything, complaining when I was trying to pay and ask access for internet. She wanted to walk out with her purse and give up from her job. Her name is Ana.
-Tourists knocking on my door telling me things when I was working inside. Basically, they, as well as the workers could never be bothered but they wouldn’t care that much letting you wait under the sun waiting for a response. Apparently, they are asking other tenants to deal with me in person.
-Owner was trying to just find a way to make excuse why he took one hour to respond. Intimidated me to saying “we have other tenants here who are booking 2 months” as if i was not enough to be considered a guest only booking 5 days. Even made me feel that it was the worst time to book their hotel.
- A lawyer working from next door was gracious enough to look for Carlos Delgado. She should get paid for my stay. Cape Verdeans are known for being chill, but the employees here flat out lazy.
-Resulted into racism when I specifically highlighted that they must be used to European tourists, they don’t know how to deal with an Asian tourists. Further explaining my point earlier about the owner, making excuses pointing the blame on someone else, and the attendant not wanting to address my questions because there was no proper introduction on their end to begin with.
Pick up was arranged despite very late arrival at airport
Credit card was not accepted, I was excorted to an ATM machine to wishdraw cash. They wanted to charge 5 Euro for air conditioner, there was a cockroach in the bathroom
The communication and the information were from the beginning great. I booked an airport transfer and everything was fine with it. At the arrival of the house the house lady Ana welcomed me warmly. The room was very spacey and was nicely furnished. The shared kitchen was in the upper floor and also there was a nice terrace. A beautiful house. All was very clean. The house lady Ana helped much or also accompanied me when I needed to go somewhere for the first time. She is very kind and helpful. Also the owner and the manager were in contact with me by messages regularly to see if everything is fine. The place is 5 min to walk from the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes to walk away. A great place to stay! I would come again.
