Pros:

It's a disgusting aap don't ever book rooms by booking .Com ,hotel rejected my booking so I reached to they customer service and its pathetic no follow up still not refunded

Cons:

Customer Service is awfull. No assistancy if any problem occurs still waiting for refund and there procedure ain't customer friendly

Cons:

You guys are scammers, 3 different people reach out to me to make a partial payment for the room, after calling customer service they refuse to discuss and kept my call on waiting

Pros:

It's a dharavi slum area that doesn't book in this area and is not cleaned

Cons:

Nothing is good here
The area is not good it's a dharavi slum
Hotel reception all the time money minded
Rooms are small
Bathroom not cleaned
Picture in online and reality is different
Not safe area as well.
I will not recommend anyone to stay here. In this slum area.

Malgres une reservation sur votre site
En arrivant à l’accueil
Le responsable m’a signalé que je ne pouvait pas séjourner dans son hôtel , il a ouvert il n’y a pas très longtemps et n’a pas les autorisations pour les étrangers
Malgres tout il m’a proposer d’autre hôtel juste à côté, mais les chambres était vraiment trop petites

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I can't wait to stay here again!
