Cute and cozy place to stay in Primrose Hill
Pros:

Great location, neighbourhood was quiet and very cute. The room was quite spacious and had lots of space for luggage/clothing/storage so you could keep it out of the way.

Cons:

Cleanliness could use a bit of work. Noticed on our last night when I flipped my pillow over there were stains on the pillow case.

Ļoti smaidīgs un laipns personāls. Pieejamas veselīgas brokastis. Numurā pieejams dzeramais ūdens, ierodoties bija nolikts piens, kafijas kapsulas automātam, dažādas tējas. Numuriņā bija visi nepieciešamie trauki, mikroviļņu krāsns. Viesnīcā pieejama veļas mazgāšanas telpa. Viesnīca bija klusa un patīkama atpūtai.

Cons:

Lampas abažūrs (virs gultas) bija klāts ar lielu putekļu kārtu. Skats pa logu bija ierobežots - skatu aizsedza margas, dzīvojām 4. stāvā.

Good idea, very nice breakfast but felt like a lodger in a stranger’s home than hotel/apartment
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice. Lovely location next to the park. Communal areas looked nice but I did not use other than for breakfast.

When unable to log into the WiFi the staff solved the issue quickly by telephone, providing the staff WiFi password.

Access to a laundry room was a nice touch and would be helpful for longer stays

Cons:

Room very noisy from street, did not sleep at all the first night. Single glazed windows did not close well, I did not realise the upper edge was not shut the first night which added to the noise. Was never able to close fully for a good seal.

Double bed pushed into the corner of the room was small and pillows uncomfortable. Would have been difficult if staying as a couple. Also the one side with access had a poorly positioned shelf which would not have been high enough to avoid anyone over 6ft3 knocking their head getting in/ out of bed.

It was an unusual informal set up and I felt the staff were not particularly approachable. There seemed to be a group in the communal breakfast area but was not too clear who worked there and they seemed more occupied with discussing their evening plans/working on laptops than checking if guests were okay. I considered asking to change room the first morning after not sleeping well but was not clear who to ask and did not feel very appropriate in the communal breakfast room.

For our stay 2-3 nights would be enough maybe next time we stay we’ll about booking a larger suit

Cleanliness breakfast loved the natural yogurt if you could tell us where it’s from would be great 👍🏽 comfy bed

Cons:

Very little space downstairs, narrow stairs
