Dizájnos berendezés, tisztaság. Mosolygós, segítőkész szemèlyzet. Szívélyes üdvözlet a tv-n névre szólóan a szobán.
Külön köszönet a pincérnek (Molnár F.) aki profi kiszolgállást biztosított és segített a lánykérés megszervezésében, megörökítésében a vacsoránál.
Felejthetetlen élmény számunkra.

Cons:

Rendelt ebéd a Deliciosa nevű étteremben. Nem volt friss a hamburger zsemle és az édesburgonya.
A szobán a fogkefe, fogpaszta hiányzott, ami egy 5*-nál megszokott dolog.

Pros:

Krasna lokalita, nedaleko je promenada, pristav, park. Vse nove a moderni. Hotel nam vyhovoval ve vsech smerech. Vyhled na Balaton, krasne ciste wellness, pokoj dostatecne velky a postele super pohodlne, snidane se vsim co si zakaznik muze prat. Ocenujeme saunove ritualy, uzili jsme si je na 100%. Rada se vratim zpet.

Cons:

Jedine co bych vytkla je kvalita masazi, kdy bylo znat, ze maser by se rad videl nekde jinde a svemu remeslu tolik nerozumi. Ale vse ostatni predcilo toto negativum.
