Pros:

Owner is quit cooperative, location is good

Cons:

Menu is too expensive, pillows and bed sheet not washed, geyser is almost fully rusted and about to blast,exhaust not working, no proper view from Amy of the window, weird smell in the rooms, obviously rooms r not same as shown in the pictures
