Cons:

Quality vs price. First I got a room with a for a ... wall. Then I was moved (after I asked for it), and at least it didn't feel like being in a cage anymore, but there was always sth like the light blinking (didn't feel like changing again though so dont know if my next room would be better...). Also I would expect a possibility to order an omelette in a 4 star hotel in addition to a buffet breakfast.

Lovey hotel in the center of Madrid

Super location, parking, super friendly staff, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room, very relaxed chill atmosphere.

Fijn hotel met goede ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel

De sfeer.
Het feit dat er een alternatief ontbijt mogelijk was voor uitgebreid buffet ontbijt in de lobby

Cons:

Ik wist van tevoren niet dat het tijdens de pride was. Daar kwam ik niet voor naar Madrid en voelde mij in en bij het zwembad niet op mijn gemak met deze doelgroep. Jammer, want we hebben dus nauwelijks gebruik gemaakt vh zwembad en dat was wel doorslaggevend voor mijn keuze voor dit hotel.
