B&B Zia Gianna

Siamo stati accolti come persone di famiglia dal gentilissimo Nino, ci ha coccolati con una colazione da hotel 5 stelle, tutto cucinato da lui al momento, premuroso e attento ad ogni esigenza.
La stanza è dotata di ogni confort, come essere a casa propria.
Nino raccomanda cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni della splendida Savannah, un host veramente al top!

I loved everything about this property. Nino and Hans were so friendly, and we loved chatting with them. Breakfast was PERFECT and the room was spotless and extremely well stocked. The house is located very close to all the main attractions and you can pop into some restaurants on foot nearby. Truly one of my favorite places we’ve ever stayed!

This was the highlight of our holiday which we spent travelling from Florida to DC. The room is not large but was okay for two of us. It's a Victorian era house but very well preserved. The place is very clean with lots of nice decor.
Bathroom wasn't inside of our room, but that wasn't a problem - just two steps from the room. Bathroom was very clean and large enough. Nino is a wonderful host. We learned so much about the city from him. He gave us a lot of hints so we literally didn't need to look for any other information. We enjoyed Nino's company a lot. He's nice person, very cheerful and caring about the guests. We felt like very special guests. And the breakfasts he cooks are super delicious and served like in fine restaurants!
His pet Bruno is adorable and a one of the most friendly dogs we ever met.
We also used a graciously offered hot tub on one of the evenings when we returned from a long walk. And Nino treated us with his homemade cold limoncello! What a nice drink!
It was the best stay during our 3-week journey. Thank you very much Nino!

From the moment we were greeted to the moment we were leaving we absolutely felt visiting an “uncle” for the weekend. Nino is an amazing host included his husband Hans and their furry baby Bruno. He takes you in with a warm and welcoming heart. We had a beautiful room provided with all the things you would need for a stay. His breakfast was phenomenal. Thank you so much for letting us share your beautiful decorated home. We hope to be back soon again. Bis bald - do zobaczenia.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Savannah. Wir wurden von Nino herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten versehen. Nino ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und eine ausgezeichneter Koch. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Parken war in der Gegend kein Problem. Wir konnten die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen und wir haben die Tage in Savannah sehr genossen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Savannah reisen sollten, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im B&B Zia Gianna übernachten.

Nino, the owner, is a funny witty incredible host! B & B Zia Gianna is a welcoming cozy place to stay while visiting Savannah. Its eclectic style is wonderful! We stayed in "Bruno's" room. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the sheets soft. Everything is super clean. Breakfast, made by Nino, was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend B & B Zia Gianna for a great stay in Savannah.

Upon arrival, Nino greeted us with a friendly and warm welcome. It had been a long driving day and he had a limoncello and flan snack available and both were delicious and very much appreciated. The house was very nice and Nino provided an excellent dinner recommendation. The breakfast was excellent, then we got on our way.

My stay at this bed & breakfast exceeded every expectation! From the moment I arrived, Nino welcomed me with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches (such as snacks, water, & chocolate) that made my stay extra special. He even carried my suitcase upstairs for me.

Nino truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. He provided excellent local recommendations (Forsyth Park is close by!) an

d served a delicious homemade breakfast that was the highlight of my day!

It's rare to find a place where the owners care so deeply about their guests' experience. Their attention to detail and kindness made this much more than just a place to stay—it felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this bed & breakfast highly enough!

We hebben deze B&B beoordeeld met een 10 maar dit had eigenlijk een hoger cijfer moeten zijn. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht net als onze kamer. De badkamer was heel mooi. Het bed was heel goed en ondanks dat de kamer vrij licht was hebben we heel goed geslapen. De gastheer is fantastisch. Hij stond altijd voor ons klaar met eten, drinken en tips en het ontbijt was iedere dag geweldig. Alles vers en klaargemaakt terwijl we wachten. We konden aangeven waar we zin in hadden. Er kan voor de deur worden geparkeerd en het centrum van Savannah is op ca. 15 min. lopen. Ook aan te raden is een fietstour. Zouden wij B&B Zia Gianna weer boeken? Absoluut!

Great individualized service from owner in quiet part of town just walking distance from most main attractions. I’ll stay there again!

The host Nino, Hans and Bruno (their dog) were amazing! From just entering you felt at home! It was clean spacious and amazing. Super easy and close to walk to the sites. The breakfast was great and Nino does amazing at accommodating everyone's needs. The waffles and scrambled eggs were so yummy. I can't say enough about our stay here.

It was gorgeous, it was authentic. Leo is the best host and treats you like family. He made cornbread from scratch to go along with our lovely breakfast in the morning. I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else if visiting Savannah again. We will miss seeing little Bruno (his dog) he was just as adorable as Leo

Nino war ein fantastischer Gastgeber, sehr sehr herzlich und aufmerksam und sein Frühstück ein Traum. Trotzdem das Bad zum Zimmer Nancy nicht im Zimmer war, hatte man genug Privatsphäre. Am Abend hatte er uns mit selbstgemachtem Limoncello verwöhnt, welchen wir auf der idyllischen Backyard Porch genossen

La casa è deliziosa, arredata con amore, pulita e accogliente. Tante cose rimandano all'Italia e alla Sicilia in particolare. Nino è un host simpatico, gentilissimo e premuroso. Il cagnolino Bruno è una sagoma (ma non gli è permesso entrare nelle camere e, pur essendo allergica ai cani, non ho avuto nessun problema).
Non è una critica, sia chiaro, ma è utile sapere che per salire alle camere c'è una rampa di scale.
Noi abbiamo dormito nella stanza Bruno, che affaccia sul cortile sul retro: silenziosa, letto comodo, bagno grande e fornito di tutto. La struttura ha l'aria condizionata e la colazione inclusa.
Si vede che Nino fa il suo mestiere con dedizione ed è attento ai minimi particolari (cioccolatini sul comodino e colazione preparata fresca sono solo due esempi).
Nino ci ha dato anche dei consigli preziosi per la visita della città e per la cena. Inoltre noi dovevamo partire all'alba e Nino ci ha fornito un'ottima colazione da asporto.
Se dovessimo tornare a Savannah riprenoteremo sicuramente qui.
