B&B Zia Gianna

We had a great time and especially Nino‘s breakfast was outstanding. We would always choose this place again for a stay in Savannah.

Savannah is a very easy walkable city. It was nice that I was close to everything, yet not in the most touristy part of town. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. I loved chatting with Nino and Hans, they were both so kind and they are very knowledgeable about the city. Added bonus was Bruno, he is just the sweetest pup.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was frittata day and it did not disappoint. It came with fresh fruit, fresh roasted potatoes and homemade cornbread.
There is plenty of places to sit outside on the porch and just watch the town. There is also a hot tub, but didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Next time.

The owner/host, Nino, was extraordinarily friendly and charming! From the moment we were greeted upon arriving to our farewell, we were treated like family or long lost friends! He was so accommodating and wanted only for his guests to feel pampered and comfortable every minute of the stay. Communication with him of our needs and schedule for planning purposes was a breeze, he easily gave his number to text. Though it wasn't required to do so, we let him know of our schedule, our excursions, and he was so free with his knowledge of local restaurants, places of interest, and insider tips! The home is immaculately decorated with an eclectic mix of Italian and historic relics and art! His morning coffee and breakfast were nothing short of amazing! He is an experienced and talented chef and the food was superb! Again he was giving of recipes and stories of his childhood with Italian relatives and the influence on his cooking style. We became fast friends as he is most definitely gifted as an open, sharing and caring soul. I plan on recommending this amazing venue to friends and family for an amazing stay in Savannah! We stayed in Bruno's room, which had its own private bathroom. It was cozy and comfortable and met our every need. We were able to walk to downtown Savannah within minutes, but also had rented a car , which we parked for free outside the home, for further away excursions. I hope to come again for a reunion as many guests have done as evidenced by gifts, and repeat stays of former guests. This was a one of a kind experience with a one in a million host!

Amazing B&B experience, Nino is the best host you could wish for - warm-hearted, funny, and a fantastic chef (literally run a restaurant).
The house is beautifully decorated and very clean.
You’ll reach the river front easily - just a 30min walk through beautiful Savannah old town or quick bus/car ride. Fully recommend!!

Nino is an outstanding host! Extremely clear and concise communication for late check-in. Every area of the home was inviting and joyfully decorated.

Great communication with getting ready for check in. Nino helped with our luggage. He is an outstanding host. The breakfasts were incredible! Several options were offered and any special needs were accommodated. Just a very fun and attentive host from start to finish. Without a doubt, the best B&B experience we've had!

The host and breakfast are amazing.

Nino and Hans are the perfect hosts. And Bruno, their sweet dog is adorable. The house is very conveniently located, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. And the breakfasts were spectacular! Nino is a chef and puts love and care into his breakfast creations. We really appreciated having a safe shed in which to store and charge our e-bikes. Parking on the street was safe, free and convenient. Nearby restaurants are plentiful and very good! Best of all- the conversations over Limoncello with Nino!

It was clean, the food was amazing and the owner Nino was kind.

Nino was a very friendly host and the house was charming. Bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras like bathroom items, snacks & drinks, eye shades and ear plugs. Breakfast was tasty.

House was so beautiful with decor from Italy, and Nino and Hans were super friendly and informative. They were the highlights of Savannah.

This is a very unique B&B. The house is well-decorated, full of creative art works. Bedroom is clean and comfortable. Host is friendly and fun. He gave us many good suggestions, e.g. transportation, restaurants, and places to see. We had a great time in B&B Zia Gianna, and Savannah.

The house was cozy and made us feel like we were visiting friends. Our breakfast was served in a warm dining room adjacent to the kitchen. We loved visiting with our host, Nino, while we were eating. He had no problem accommodating my gluten-free diet. Our bedroom was clean and adequately furnished with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. We ended up staying an extra day, and felt like family by the time we had to leave.
