We had an awesome time in Savannah and Nino (host) made it even better! Amazing breakfasts, beautiful house, limoncello and freshly baked cakes made our stay really unforgettable! The house and the guest rooms are very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Nino was very welcoming and. gave us good suggestions to spend the few hours we had in Savannah. Accommodation was comfortable with some thoughtful touches, such as bottles of water in the fridge and snacks and a chocolate. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that Nino cooked.

We had the best welcome from the gorgeous Nino. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like we’d been life long friends staying in his home.

Innkeeper Nino was lovely. He greeted us with a smile and a little snack. He gave us recommendations for restaurants, sights, and a lot of history of the area. Nino also discussed proposed breakfast menus to make sure our vegitarian needs were met. It was a pleasurable three night stay with a friendly Innkeeper.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days in Savannah, Georgia. What made it even more wonderful was the welcome we received from Antonio “Nino”. Nino owns the B&B we stayed at. His home was so comfortable and extremely clean. Nino’s breakfasts were delicious and his cooking skill would fit perfectly into a 5 star hotel. One thing we did not get to do was sample Nino’s homemade lemon cello. However that’s another reason to come back for another visit. Nino’s dog Bruno is a little cutie. Don’t be put off by his bark:)

Nino is a fabulous host! He’s personable and always available for advice. He responded quickly to every message I sent him. He supplied us with a wide variety of sights to see and restaurants. The ones we went to were wonderful! The breakfasts were delicious! He’s a chef and his food was an excellent example of his training. The B&B is located in a convenient location.
This is THE place to stay and experience Savannah!

A truly wonderful B&B – we felt welcome and at home from the very first moment. Nino is such a warm and caring host and made sure that we had everything we needed. Whether it was coffee, a little more breakfast, or anything else we wished for – nothing was ever a problem. Everything was done with a smile. And of course, we can’t forget Bruno, the sweetest dog! 🐶❤️

The hosts, Nino and Hans were very welcoming, accommodating, and fun conversationalists.
Nino’s breakfasts not only were presented beautifully presented (he’s from Italy, more specifically, from Messina, Sicily) and formerly a restaurant owner); each tasted great, and each had very generous portions.
The room has a mini-fridge, and TV.
He also served a delicious cordial of limoncello, each evening, when we return from our day out.

Tout était parfait! Accueil très chaleureux, chambre très propre et salle de bain très spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons adorer les petites attentions dans la chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner!

Siamo stati accolti come persone di famiglia dal gentilissimo Nino, ci ha coccolati con una colazione da hotel 5 stelle, tutto cucinato da lui al momento, premuroso e attento ad ogni esigenza.
La stanza è dotata di ogni confort, come essere a casa propria.
Nino raccomanda cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni della splendida Savannah, un host veramente al top!

I loved everything about this property. Nino and Hans were so friendly, and we loved chatting with them. Breakfast was PERFECT and the room was spotless and extremely well stocked. The house is located very close to all the main attractions and you can pop into some restaurants on foot nearby. Truly one of my favorite places we’ve ever stayed!

This was the highlight of our holiday which we spent travelling from Florida to DC. The room is not large but was okay for two of us. It's a Victorian era house but very well preserved. The place is very clean with lots of nice decor.
Bathroom wasn't inside of our room, but that wasn't a problem - just two steps from the room. Bathroom was very clean and large enough. Nino is a wonderful host. We learned so much about the city from him. He gave us a lot of hints so we literally didn't need to look for any other information. We enjoyed Nino's company a lot. He's nice person, very cheerful and caring about the guests. We felt like very special guests. And the breakfasts he cooks are super delicious and served like in fine restaurants!
His pet Bruno is adorable and a one of the most friendly dogs we ever met.
We also used a graciously offered hot tub on one of the evenings when we returned from a long walk. And Nino treated us with his homemade cold limoncello! What a nice drink!
It was the best stay during our 3-week journey. Thank you very much Nino!

From the moment we were greeted to the moment we were leaving we absolutely felt visiting an “uncle” for the weekend. Nino is an amazing host included his husband Hans and their furry baby Bruno. He takes you in with a warm and welcoming heart. We had a beautiful room provided with all the things you would need for a stay. His breakfast was phenomenal. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Savannah. Wir wurden von Nino herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist top ausgestattet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten versehen. Nino ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und eine ausgezeichneter Koch. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Parken war in der Gegend kein Problem. Wir konnten die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen und wir haben die Tage in Savannah sehr genossen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Savannah reisen sollten, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im B&B Zia Gianna übernachten.
