Pros:

The location to Pub street & the hustle & bustle was only 10mins walk maximum. But what we lived more than anything was the team at the hotel. Everyone one of them are amazing, so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

That we had to leave.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with the best staff
Pros:

I am so happy I booked this hotel - it definitely influenced my trip in a good way. I felt so welcomed from the very first moment. Amazing staff, speaking excellent English. So helpful, kind, highly professional, warm, showing the highest level of hospitality and care for the guest. That made my trip much more comfortable and memorable. The rooms are pretty, new, beautifully decorated and clean. So spacious , and the beds and pillows are amazing! I rested so well there! I also faced a small inconvenience which the hotel manager solved in a great way, that I am so grateful for. The location is great - close to the bus stop from the airport, 4 mins walking to a big supermarket, few minutes walking to the river and everything accessible by tuk tuks. They organize also tuk tuk driver for the temples and I strongly recommend the service. Regards to all the Team. I would definitely book again and be back!

Our favourite stay on our trip, close to town but quite and away from the hustle and bustle!

We absolutely loved our stay here, we upgraded to one of the 2 poolside rooms, the staff, pool and breakfast all outstanding

I would easily stay here again!
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and kind. The location was good for walking. Close to shops and plenty of food choices.
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, good linens. I thought breakfast had a good variety to choose from came with fresh fruit and juice. Got a breakfast to go on the day we went to see the temples at sunrise.
The pool was clean and a nice place to cool off.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Good location, nice service, large room, decent decoration style.

Cons:

1. Deluxe room doesn't have window but this info not shown on booking. The good thing is the reception helped to change as still have other room available.
2. Shower water is not hot or even cold even take several minutes (I only can wash very quickly and no dare to wash hair even after whole day tired journey).
3. The bed sheet is old (turn from white to lite grey..)
Don't agree about the average rating based on my experience.
1. 有一种双床间房型没有窗户，但订房说明中完全没有提及，好在有多出一间其他房间，前台帮忙更换
2. 淋浴几乎略等于没有热水，即使放了三/五分钟，只敢简单冲了一下，冲洗过程一直水都是冷的
