THERE WERE NO LISTED FACILITIES AT ALL AVAILABLE. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. This property is tired and in need of a lot of maintenance. The ratings that you have listed definitely do not match our experience on all points. We needed a property with the facilities listed. We had an 85 year old travelling with us, we needed a property with a restaurant which this property listed but did not have. Only breakfast! There was no bar, no service restaurant for lunch or dinner, no spa, no sun terrace, no pool service, no money exchange. We did not get the room’s booked, we were assured that we had rooms adjoining it did not, the cleanliness level was well below par. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Siem reap in the future. This also has given me serious trust issues with booking.com. The disappointment seriously impeded our holiday as we had mobility issues with our 85 year old mother. We did not have the money to go elsewhere, as money was paid in advance. Unfortunately the rest of the photos depicting the state of this hotel did not come out well.

This was an enjoyable stay. The staff is lovely and the driver they connected us with (Tony) was fantastic. He drove four days for us, including an airport transport, and was so knowledgeable about all things Siem Reap. It was hot and dry while we were there, so the hotel pool was especially appreciated.

The location to Pub street & the hustle & bustle was only 10mins walk maximum. But what we lived more than anything was the team at the hotel. Everyone one of them are amazing, so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

I am so happy I booked this hotel - it definitely influenced my trip in a good way. I felt so welcomed from the very first moment. Amazing staff, speaking excellent English. So helpful, kind, highly professional, warm, showing the highest level of hospitality and care for the guest. That made my trip much more comfortable and memorable. The rooms are pretty, new, beautifully decorated and clean. So spacious , and the beds and pillows are amazing! I rested so well there! I also faced a small inconvenience which the hotel manager solved in a great way, that I am so grateful for. The location is great - close to the bus stop from the airport, 4 mins walking to a big supermarket, few minutes walking to the river and everything accessible by tuk tuks. They organize also tuk tuk driver for the temples and I strongly recommend the service. Regards to all the Team. I would definitely book again and be back!
