Pros:

Excellent through and through. Excellent service, very kind staff. Great room, great location. Would definitely come back!!

Our favourite stay on our trip, close to town but quite and away from the hustle and bustle!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here, we upgraded to one of the 2 poolside rooms, the staff, pool and breakfast all outstanding

I would easily stay here again!
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and kind. The location was good for walking. Close to shops and plenty of food choices.
Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, good linens. I thought breakfast had a good variety to choose from came with fresh fruit and juice. Got a breakfast to go on the day we went to see the temples at sunrise.
The pool was clean and a nice place to cool off.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Good location, nice service, large room, decent decoration style.
地理位置非常好，在主干道上。房间很大，装修风格简约，服务还可以。

Cons:

1. Deluxe room doesn't have window but this info not shown on booking. The good thing is the reception helped to change as still have other room available.
2. Shower water is not hot or even cold even take several minutes (I only can wash very quickly and no dare to wash hair even after whole day tired journey).
3. The bed sheet is old (turn from white to lite grey..)
Don't agree about the average rating based on my experience.
1. 有一种双床间房型没有窗户，但订房说明中完全没有提及，好在有多出一间其他房间，前台帮忙更换
2. 淋浴几乎略等于没有热水，即使放了三/五分钟，只敢简单冲了一下，冲洗过程一直水都是冷的

Fantastic stay, I like to come back one day
Pros:

Such a nice hotel, beautiful decorated large rooms, very clean in a nice area, where you can safely walk everywhere.

The breakfast was excellent.

Lovely staff.

I would definitely come back and like to recommend this place to anyone.

Very good value for money.

Goed verblijf op goede locatie
Pros:

De locatie is helemaal goed, je loopt zo naar de nightmarket en richting pubstreet.
En verder voor ons wat je kunt verwachten van een hotel in deze prijsklasse.

Cons:

Heel jammer dat je je fles niet zelf kunt vullen en ook op kamer plastic flesjes krijgt, niet meer van deze tijd.
De airco maakte zo veel lawaai dat we die ‘‘s nachts moesten uit zetten.
De glazen van de avond tevoren stonden in de middag nog op ons tafeltje.
En toen we uit checkten moesten we betalen voor 3 drankjes uit de minibar die wij niet hadden genoten. Was moeilijk ze daar van te overtuigen.

A nice and convenient hotel in Siem Reap
Pros:

Good location not far from the area of restaurants and pubs. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and cleaned well every day. Good value for money, with a great balance between quality and price.

On y revient toujours …
Pros:

C’est notre hôtel habituel à Siem Reap. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Un peu à l’écart du centre sans en être éloigné. Chambre très confortable. On y reviendra encore !

INMEJORABLE
Pros:

El desayuno es fabuloso, tanto las bebidas como la comida que te preparan, es ala carta y de muy buena calidad.
Te preparan un picnic si tienes que madrugar y no puedes quedarte al desayuno.
La zona de la piscina esta muy agradable para relajarte un poco después de un día de estar viendo templos.
Destacar la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan alli. Alquilamos una moto con ellos y se encargaron de todo.
La ubicación es inmejorable puedes ir a la zona del night market andando sin problema.
La zona de los templos de Ankor Wat esta bastante cerca con moto.
