Bemerkenswert und erinnerungswürdig - kein Mainstream!

Das Le Chateau Hotel & Spa macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Wir hatten die President Suite mit Jacuzzi am Balkon und Badewanne im Zimmer. Das Personal hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch bei Sightseeing Sonderanfragen perfekt unterstützt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt in Hanoi genossen. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Die Suite war immer sauber und aufgeräumt, das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich (authentisches vietnamesisches Frühstück hat immer variiert). Die Lage ist optimal - es ist alles Sehenswerte fußläufig erreichbar und es ist mitten im Old Quarter und man “erlebt” Hanoi. In der Früh hört man sogar die Hähne :). Wer etwas Luxus im und dem Flair der Stadt kombinieren möchte, der wird hier fündig.

Cons:

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

L’emplacement, son lit très confortable, la suite avec avec sa terrasse très sympa.

Cons:

Les travaux en journée
Les fauteuils sur la terrasse de la suite mériteraient des coussins pour pouvoir en profiter.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Ha Noi!

The entire staff were incredible especially Lana. They went out of their way to help and provide excellent service! The location of the hotel was convenient to everything. The breakfast was delicious

We booked at the last minute but were happy with our stay and the comfort and hygiene of the room.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Lana. The rooms were hygienic and comfortable. The breakfast was good too!

Missed having a pool and gym at the hotel.

From the moment you arrive, you’re treated less like a guest and more like a genuinely welcome friend whose comfort actually matters.
