Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location. The hotel is very clean, beautiful decor. Lots of options for breakfast. The front of house staff were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Mixed feelings probably would choose somewhere else next time
Pros:

Very central hotel with helpful courteous staff, nicely decorated with good food selection at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and once sorted aircon worked well and had a great shower and hair dryer

Cons:

We had the Panorama suite with balcony, unfortunately the outdoor seats didn’t have cushions and the shape made them impossible to sit on, they provided us with sheets for them but still not ok, no full length mirror in the room, hanging rail so high I could only reach the bottom of the hanger on my tip toes (I’m 5ft 6”. The patio doors couldn’t be fully locked so you could hear all the local noise clearly from 4am. Not enough tables at breakfast both days we stayed, had to go back to our room and wait the first day, they said they would let us know when table free but no one rang us so went up after 25minutes and there were several free tables. second day we were in when they opened and within 20 minutes people were being turned away

Pros:

The location is perfect. Everybody is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good. Room size is big. I recommend this hotel if you want to explore Hanoi.

Es waren alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt und es war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war super und wir können einen Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen!

Centrally located in old town, good for young travellers.
Pros:

Ideal for couples or young travellers. Buffet breakfast was good, Bryan manager was amazing and always willing to help. Lana General Manager is very attentive to her customers need and always do her best to accomodate the guest. Location is centrally located in the old city, everything is at the door step and it’s very convenient.

Cons:

It’s sensory overload for young children under 8 given it’s a hustle bustle location. As a family who frequently stay in larger chain hotel, we had challenges adjusting.

Facilities are good not amazing. Lana the manager and her staff are exceptional!! Helped is with everything. Covered for the just ok facility

Cons:

No surfaces to put things in the rooms. Nonplace to hang towels in bathroom. We fyi had the best room they have.
