Pros:

Excellent location to both Dragão and Subway station
Very calm neighbourhood and facilities
Very big Room with lots of space and very confortable

Cons:

I think the check in/out hours could be a bit more flexible. I understand that its not easy because it needs to match other guests schedule
But exploring porto with my bags on the first day was a bit hard.
Also check TV connectivity to internet so we could use for YouTube or Netflix

Cons:

Błagam unikajcie tego miejsca za wszelką cenę! W pokoju grzyb na ścianach, na suficie oraz w klimatyzacji. Wszędzie brud i plamy. W dodatku brak możliwości otworzenia okna, co skutkowało brakiem powietrza w całym zapleśniałym pokoju. To już zagraża zdrowiu! Musieliśmy opuścić to miejsce następnego dnia. Dodatkowo komunikacja z "personelem" czyli chatbotem kompletnie jest bezcelowa. Nikt nie zainteresował się problemem. Po informacji że żądamy zwrotu pieniędzy dostaliśmy odpowiedź że zwrócą nam koszty za pozostałe noce, niestety po tej wiadomości kontakt z tą dziurą się urwał. Druga rodzina która była w pokoju obok też musiała się ewakuować ze względu na małe dzieci, ponieważ grzyb jest w całym lokalu. Wisienka na torcie jest nie działające WiFi. Skandaliczne jest to że takie miejsca są dostępne na bookingu a administracja strony nic z tym nie robi i pozwala na okradanie ludzi.

Uma das camas de casal estava com o estrado partido. Informei o dono e ficaram de enviar a equipa de manutenção, mas nunca veio. Tivemos de tirar o colchão e colocar no chão para dormir.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Boas camas, limpeza OK.
Kit de boas vindas, cozinha e estrutura compartilhada interessante.
Ar condicionado ok, chuveiro quente Ok.
Ferro de passar, cabides e boas toalhas.

Cons:

1.Banheiro estava com ralo "meio entupido" e rapidamente o box ficava cheio d'água. Tivemos que tomar banho fechando o chuveiro para evitar tranbordo ao banheiro.

2. Quarto tem uma janela alta, que da para um campo de esportes...e com isso tem que ficar fechada e xortina fechada, dando a impressão de local totalmente fechado, como um bunker.

3. Fica afastado do centro, mas nada tao longe. De carro foram menos de 15min ate o centro.

Stanza ampia, troppa umidità e zona isolata.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e zona tranquilla. Bagno ampio e stanza comoda. Buon letto. Ottimo per una notte al volo. Diversi comfort e la sicurezza.

Cons:

Troppa umidità, ho iniziato subito a starnutire. C'era qualche capello in bagno a terra quindi pulizia da migliorare. Zona tranquilla ma lontana da locali e negozi se si arriva tardi la sera troppo scomodo trovare punti di ristoro. Il soffione della dobbia pieno di calcare.

It's in a great location and is very well connected, with a metro stop nearby. There are many local shops, cafés, and markets nearby. It is located in a quiet, calm neighborhood.

Cons:

The apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The air inside was very humid, and there seemed to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. The most disturbing thing about our stay was finding a couple of bugs inside.
