Très bien pour une nuit, confortable et propre
Pros:

Le calme de l'établissement, le gérant est très sympa, petite chambre mais confortable avec une salle de bain privée et propre. Une grande cuisine est à disposition, avec des aliments en partage pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il n'y a personne sur place et il faut téléphoner pour accéder à la chambre, c'est toujours technique quand on parle mal la langue. Pas de clé à la porte de la chambre

Pros:

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dell host che ci ha dato la cucina a disposizione comprensiva di caffè e the per la colazione . La stanza guarda l’oceano ed è appena imbiancata .

Cons:

Sicuramente da rinnovare la hall, ma i lavori sono in corso . Attenzione se si deve cenare . Il posto più vicino è a 20 km ed abbiamo trovato i ristoranti prenotati senza altra chance che un cinese spaventoso per toglierci la fame .

Die Lage am See

Cons:

Einfach fürchterlich! Extrem alt und unsauber rundherum! Wirklich ein Zumutung! Auch der Geruch im ganzen Haus nach Moder. Da hilft es auch nichts, wenn der junge Vermieter noch schnell unmotiviert ein Frühstück zum selbst zubereiten vorbeibringt!

Not in Ballina
Pros:

I didn't stay here - I booked a room here because it is listed as being in Ballina, but it's not, it's a 1hr drive from Ballina (over 60km). So I booked somewhere close to Ballina instead.
To be fair to the owner he issued me a refund eventually.

Pros:

the staff and reception where fantastic.
nothing was too much trouble. It is very remote but a highly recomended place if you want to see the extreme west of ireland

A full Irish experience
Pros:

A beautiful location right on the water. The lounge has a fireplace for those chilly nights and a full kitchen at your disposal. Stay here if you want a full Irish experience.

If you a short for a stay you can use it. All well and easy going. However no place for a holiday.
Pros:

Very easy going - Inn is standard not open for arrivals. You have to call the number and they will arrive soon. Bar is open on Wednesday evening and in the Saturday evening. It all very local run by locals. Super friendly host.

Cons:

The Inn is an old, net remodelled location. Other then a bed you would not go there. Plumbing is working but by far not state of the art.
