Great location and space but cooking facilities suboptimal.
Pros:

Location great. Plenty of room.

Cons:

Cooking facilities. We booked an apartment so we could cook some meals. Very difficult kitchen for cooking. 2 hot plate induction system.
No real bench space. No rangehood. No oven . Miniscule dishwasher - but still good to have.

En el centro de Modena
Pros:

Localización en pleno centro de Modena. Limpio. Nuevo.

Cons:

La interacción para el check in no fue amable. La persona que nos atendió, no contestaba ni WhatsApp ni teléfono hasta el ultimo momento, después de muchos intentos. Finalmente la habitación estuvo disponible más de una hora después de lo acordado.

Top Lage direkt in der Stadt!
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war wirklich extrem gut. Man ist direkt an einem der Hauptplätze und somit direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es gibt einen Aufzug.

Cons:

Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, weshalb das ganze Bad nass war. Die Reaktion des Personals war nicht zufriedenstellend. Hier kann es sich natürlich um einen Einzelfall handeln, es hat aber insgesamt unseren Aufenthalt negativ behaftet.

Great stay for a group with kids
Pros:

Super convenient location and very comfy accommodation! Since we were a big group, we particularly enjoyed the common area where we could gather and chat in the evenings. Everything was very clean, all apartments well equipped, we had a great time.

Cons:

Would be cool to have a local storage or an option to request extra amenities as needed (e.g. toilet paper, some water etc).

A great and comfortable place to stay while visiting Modena
Pros:

The location is really perfect! The electronic entry makes coming and going a breeze. The apartment seems brand new and has everything you need including a washer. It also has a great view of the city

Cons:

The automatic light in the hallway was slightly distracting if you have to get up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and as far as I can tell you cannot turn it off manually since it’s automatic. Having said that it’s a minor distraction and this room really was perfect and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Pros:

Location was perfectly in the centre. Proposed very clean, spacious and nicely modern renovated. Will definitely use again on next visit. 🙏
