Great place to stay on the cheap but only downsides was there was a lot of construction going on and random city tax on our 1st day there.

The surrounding area was less attractive due to a large construction site, but that didn't bother us too much. This made the metro connection perfect.

The Good:

1. Location: Right next to Metro Line 14 station, direct line to ORY airport and many major Paris sightseeing sites. However area around the station still under constructions, so no other facilities around yet (restaurants, supermarket, shopping).

2. Value: Good price for rooms/amenities offered. Have cooking / refrigerator / sink / Microwave in room. Yes, you can definitely see the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop and some rooms. Laundry room is small but functional. Air conditioning is working well and a must for hot summer days.

3. Staff: Friendly and helpful staff as always.

Needs Improvement:

1. Room service schedule: Every 3 days, no cleaning over the weekend. This was not disclosed during booking or checkin. While not supercritical, trash pile up easily and we have to clean this up ourselves.

2. Internet: Wifi went down twice during our stay, for a very long time (few hours at least). So you definitely need your own cellular backup.

3. Bathroom shower/tub: We just don't quite understand the half glass door concept of the tub. Water gets all over the bathroom floor during shower. A simple shower curtain would have solve this problem and much more easy to maintain.

4. Location: Construction still going on due to new Metro station, and this will likely continue for couple years. However it isn't too noisy during the day and they don't work weekends.

New property, even though construction is happening around the building it did not bother me. Very close to station 14 that can take you to central paris. Station is also pretty new and it's not busy. Also there is a terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind schön groß und die Betten bequem. Man sieht sogar den Eiffelturm von weitem.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Direkt gegenüber ist eine Metrostation, so dass man das Auto beim Hotel lassen kann und bequem in die Innenstadt kommt.

Das einzige Problem: zur Zeit (Juli 2025) befindet sich rund um das Hotel eine riesige Baustelle und die Umleitungsbeschilderung ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben eine Stunde gebraucht, um irgendwie den Eingang zu finden. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber eine Vorwarnung seitens Expedia wäre nett gewesen.

All regarding the property excellent except the hospital construction near to it.

New and modern. Only one issue is water. It's changing hot to cold and back every second.

Property is nice, just happened to lots of neighbouring construction going on.

A new hotel with some charming features and great customer service, would definitely recommend staying here. The have a major metro station right beside.

Hôtel neuf, à deux pas du métro. Personnel à l écoute de nos besoins, chambre propre et spacieuse. Site en construction, j imagine qu' une fois terminé il pourrait y avoir plus de commerces.
