Pros:

Wir waren schon sehr oft dort, und es hat uns eigentlich immer sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Straßburg und im Elsass.

Cons:

Leider wurden wir dieses Mal enttäuscht, und es tut uns leid, dass wir dieses Mal eher negativ bewerten.
Das Bad war nicht sehr gut geputzt und im Bett waren Haare. Das war leider sehr unschön.
Es müsste einiges überarbeitet bzw. renoviert werden, z. B. der Teppichboden im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers ist nicht mehr so sauber, die Fliesen im Bad und auch die Tür müssten mal sehr gründlich gereinigt werden, insbesondere die Fugen in der Dusche. Darüber hinaus dauert es ewig, bis heißes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt.

Super séjour, je recommande vivement.
Pros:

A estadia foi excelente. Eu cheguei após o horário do checkin informado no site e recebi todas as instruções para entrar no hotel. Foi fácil. A equipe do hotel é simpática e prestativa. Pelo que observei o hotel foi reformado recentemente pois tudo estava novinho e de muito bom gosto. A cama era confortável, assim como os travesseiros. O aquecimento estava perfeito e tive uma excelente noite de sono sem nenhum barulho. A ducha estava ótima e as toalhas eram novas e macias. Havia tomadas suficientes no quarto. A chaleira a disposição, no quarto, para um chá quente no inverno ou mesmo antes de deitar foi ótima. O plus : tem um mini frigobar no quarto, nota 10. O hotel também oferece uma pequena e aconchegante área comum para tomar uma bebida ou conversar. O café da manhã estava bom para mim, pão, torradas, croissant, cereais, iorgute, salada de frutas, geleias, manteiga, queijo, embutidos, ovo quente, café, café macchiato, chocolate quente ou com “noisette”, chás diversos, etc… em uma salão agradável com uma parte do teto tipo uma claraboia. O estacionamento não tem muitas vagas mas pode-se estacionar no entorno do hotel. A cidadezinha é tranquila com arquitetura típica da Alsácia e a uma curta distância de Strasbourg. Não sei como é o transporte público pois não usei. Percebi que nas proximidades do hotel tem um supermercado.

Hôtel accogliente e pulito,buona soluzione per una sosta
Pros:

Posizione nel tranquillo villaggio di Reichstett accanto alla chiesa con le campane che scandiscono le ore e alle case con travi a vista nel tipico stile alsaziano .Hôtel semplice ma ordinato e pulito con personale molto cortese. Prima colazione a pagamento nella norma con i prodotti di una buona boulangerie delle vicinanze .

Cons:

Il costo eccessivo della prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking Com rispetto al costo reale della camera se si riserva direttamente presso la struttura cosa che consiglio.

Pros:

La literie, la chambre

Cons:

La réception ferme un peu tôt il faut anticiper mais ils ont la possibilité de récupérer la clé de la chambre facilement. J’aurais également préféré une douche plutôt qu’une baignoire. Mais bien quand même!

Pros:

Alojamiento con mucho encanto, habitación muy limpia y y decoración completa y equipada;nos esperaron en recepción al llegar más tarde de la hora indicada ( la chica en recepción al igual que el chico que nos atendió al día siguiente, muy amables y explicando y dando recomendaciones sobre sitios donde ir y restaurantes)
Desayuno muy completo con unos cruasán buenísimos

Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et attentif
Bel emplacement dans un petit village Alsacien, proche du centre de Stasbourg
Chambre très confortable, bien aménagée et équipée : la climatisation est un vrai plus !
Prestations de l’hôtel très bonne
Pas de problème avec le wifi contrairement à certains commentaires

Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. Some choices of restraunts nearby. Great value for money. I would recommend it.

Cons:

The only thing was the cups in the room were not clean (had some hair inside) but that is very minor for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional
Pros:

We highly recommend the hotel as it provided exactly as advertised.
The air conditioner was wonderful at 35 C day temperature.
Strassburg is a must visit as it is unique in every way.
We also enjoyed a swim in the local lake, clean and delightful, in walking distance from the Hotel.
The Local cuisine is a must and very different.
