Lovely stay.
Pros:

Really easy check-in. Very friendly staff. Very quiet. Clean and warm communal areas. Large room with a fantastic bathroom, lots of extra toiletries, and a very soft and comfortable dressing gown.

Cons:

Breakfast (although deleivered to the room) was a little disappointing

everything was amazing, we were so happy!
Pros:

Really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accomodating, top notch service. The wi-fi was easy to connect to and use. The room itself was clean, well looked after, and in really good condition. The amenities were fantastic. We used dinner room service and it was an above and beyond experience. The hotel itself is in a great part of town as well, it was a delight to explore the local area. I hope I have the chance to stay here again someday!

Pros:

Es war gut aber wir waren im 2. Stock Straßenseitig und man konnte den Verkehr ziemlich laut hören außerdem hat der Vorhang nicht gut abgedunkelt. Sonst war alles perfekt. Lage auch sehr gut nur 9 Minuten mit der H-Line vom SkyTree entfernt.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Spacious room with large bed and table, beautiful bathroom, everything was immaculate. Housekeeping everyday and breakfast in our room. The staff were excellent, organising our luggage transfer for us. Superb location near station and bus stops.

מיטה ( זוגית) רחבה
המלון נמצא סמוך לתחנת רכבת עם גישה נוחה למגוון רכבות.
באיזור יש מסעדות, בתי קפה ולא מעט חנויות

Cons:

זו פעם שנייה שהתאכסנו במלון.
הפעם רוב הצוות לא דיבר אנגלית והיה פחות מסביר פנים ואופן טבעי תקשורתי

Bellissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Hotel elegante, Camera spaziosa con zona doccia/vasca davvero bella. Letto fantastico!
I prodotti per il bagno e quelli del minibar (tutti gratuiti) vengono rimpiazzati ogni giorno.
Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile (non tutti parlano inglese ma con google traduttore si riesce comunque ad interagire). Zona non centralissima ma ricca di servizi; in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge una stazione di metro e treni davvero comoda.

Cons:

L’impossibilità di aprire le finestre e di far cambiare l’aria non è una cosa piacevole, ma mi sembra di capire che è cosi quasi dappertutto a Tokyo.

Incredible hotel to come back to after a long day of exploring Tokyo!
Pros:

The hotel is stunning. The staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival and exceeded high standards. The rooms are equipped with AC and the beds are extremely comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were luxurious. The breakfast too is really nice. The location is good because of how close it is to the train station.

Cons:

It is a little high cost but it’s completely justified for what you get in return.
