Pros:

枕が良かった。良く眠れました。
ウェルカムドリンクが豊富。ワインフルボトルだと事前に知っていたら、もっと楽しめたのにな、とそこだけ少し心残り。

When I’m next in Tokyo, I’ll be staying here again.
Pros:

I loved the location, close to railway station. I loved the size of the rooms and how the property is a little different from others. I also really enjoyed the water and snacks they provided as well as the breakfasts. Especially the soup. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not much, if I had to be really picky, maybe a bit more lighting around the raised flooring near the elevator. But it would not stop me going back to the property. Maybe some butter with breakfast. These couple of things are really just to put something in the box.

Comfortable room but facilities lacking, ie breakfast room
Pros:

Modern, clean, bed very comfortable, linen & bedding very clean & luxurious. Drinks free & toiletries on offer for free exceptional

Cons:

The room was small with no view.

they should change the beds other than that it was all really nice
Pros:

the hotel has good room size and amenities

Cons:

the beds were too soft i was having backache after a few days. same goes for my husband.
