Very clean and good amenities in room. Lots of extra water left for you. Quiet area but 2 minute walk from major station.
Breakfast is set and served in the room. No alterations can be made and it was not suitable for someone with gluten free preferences.
Das Zimmer hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Es ist überragend schön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist einfach herrlich, modern, elegant und gleichzeitig unglaublich einladend. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers hatte man dieses Wow-Gefühl. Besonders toll fanden wir die Lage. Die Umgebung ist spitzenmäßig! Alles, was man braucht, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Verkehrsanbindungen, liegt direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man spart sich lange Wege und kann den Aufenthalt richtig entspannt genießen. Das Personal war durchweg ausgezeichnet, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln. Der Service hat uns sehr gefallen und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

The room is very spacious and luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. This was by far the best stay in Japan! Great service and very friendly & talented staff. Loved it!
Despite the location being far from city centre, it has lots of eateries and malls around the area. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful and kind. All food and drinks being refilled everyday is definitely a plus ! Love it !

Abbiamo preso la party room (coppia con bambina 9 anni), spettacolare, ampo spazio, letto enorme, mille servizi (colazione in camera, giochi x bagno bimbi, creme e prodotti da bagno, minibar compreso a disposizione, persino il vino incluso).
Staff disponibile, molto gentile la signora che portava la colazione. Comodo alla stazione Kinshicho. Se tornereremo a Tokyo andremo sicuramente di nuovo lì.

The room was large we had Jacuzzi room.
It was clean and the food and drinks were not extra charges. The breakfast was light but good.
The beds were heavenly comfortable.
The place is clean as clean. The staff were kind and very nice though their English is not fantastic.
We Ubered everywhere and it so inexpensive it was worth it.
The hotel really was great. Comfy PJs and you can shut off your room and have guests. Our room had two toilets.

The room temp would auto adjust to heat whenever we would leave and we would come back to a very warm room. But that would change quickly upon adjusting the temp.
The main temp setting couldn’t never be cool they turned off like the one in the bedroom
Hotel confortable, bien placé, à proximité des transports et de multiples restaurants. Très calme (chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment ce qui explique les petites fenêtres).
Toutes les boissons en chambre sont comprises : plusieurs bouteilles d’eau, nespresso, une bouteille de vin (avec une bouteille remise dès que la première a été ouverte).
Le petit déjeuner est uniquement servi en chambre, continental, mais il ne faut pas avoir trop faim (un micro croissant et un mini pain par personne, un micro fromage blanc et 4 minuscules morceaux de fruits, un café à l’américaine et pas de beurre), mais une soupe!!!
The reception staff were very helpful, especially Leo who went over & above to help us. The room was clean & luxurious & the free food & drink was excellent & not something we experienced in any other hotel during our stay in Japan. The breakfast delivery was always on time & delivered with a smile. On our 2nd visit we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise & very welcome on our last hotel stay for 3weeks.l travelling around Japan.
The location perhaps because we had to travel in to central Tokyo & the view, but neither of those things would put us off from booking the hotel in the future.
The amenities were excellent and consistently replenished. Complimentary bottled water was generously provided—something quite rare in Tokyo. I also appreciated the all-inclusive snack bar, bottled wine, and drinks. The location is convenient via the Hanzomon Line, with easy access to major attractions and a direct connection to Narita via Oshiage. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores, a shopping mall, pharmacies, and restaurants. There’s also a nearby small park with beautiful cherry blossoms. Staff were attentive, service-minded, and diverse, while housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard. The room layout was also well-designed and made efficient use of space.
Although the Hanzomon Line is convenient, the hotel is relatively far from central Tokyo, especially the western side. The neighborhood may also feel a bit too quiet for those looking for a more vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, while the staff were polite and helpful, there were only a limited number of staff who could communicate fluently in English, which may be a minor inconvenience for some international travelers.
Breakfast was a simple continental. Tasty pottage.
