Saya book 3 bilik family room tapi bila sampai tengok bilik sangat2 mengecewa kan bilik kotor lepas tu tilam dia berbau,towel pun sangat kotor..sy terpaksa book 1 bilik lagu sbb bilik sangat2 sempit. Tapi saya rasa macam kena tipu..staff sana suruh saya book 1 bilik lagi dan bayar cash dekat dia...sebab sampai dah malam saya terpaksa bayar cash dekat staff tu..rasa macam duit yang saya bayar tu masuk dalam poket staff sebab tak ada resit

The reception went smoking when I arrive, he asked me to wait for him for 5 minutes for him to smoke!!!
Room details mention 200+ sqft but the room was only 100+ sqft, felt cheated.
Toilet water was leaking.
