Avoid this building
Pros:

The caretaker was nice.

Cons:

No check-in communication. Disgusting room with cockroaches and the corridors. They seem to have just assigned us a spare room unfortunately due to lack of communication from owner - thanks to the caretaker who had problem-solved the issue on their own.
