Broken outlet in the bathroom.
Was not able to dry my hair.

The hotel is quiet and clean and the staff are very friendly. I get the help I need and I recommend this hotel to pthers.

I did not have a bathtub and am tired of showers. I miss having a full kitchen.

Location was what we were looking for, quick overnight stay and flew out the next morning.
Pros:

Location great for getting to the airport quickly. We were just there to sleep.

Cons:

Hallways were a little creepy and very dated. Also no elevator that we could find so had to schlep luggage up the stairs. Also, fire alarm went off at 11p but no one came out of their room?

Pros:

The staff was quick to assist me in getting what I needed. A staff member fixed my toilet issue. Another staff, Jennifer, was able to get me new keys for the ones I lost. Alicia was quick on getting me linens and I appreciated how Tamekia provided me with extra tissue and towels that I needed. Lastly Pam helped me with my reservation.

Cons:

I would love to have more lighting in the room.

We were happy with us stay here. We spent three nights. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very good. There were not a lot of dishes in the kitchenette, but we had sufficient. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful. If you are expecting a Hilton or some kind of fancy hotel, then you should book one but for the price and for the convenience this is a good motel and we would stay again.

Great deal for all you get in the studio rooms.
Pros:

The kitchenette in the studio was perfect, complete with: toaster, coffee machine, pots and pan (with covers), basic real metal silverware, strainer, glasses, bowls, plates, mugs, dishwashing rack, large, good size small fridge (not a mini), and two electric burners. The TV also adapted well to my laptop. Could open window wide to let fresh air in. Location right by 5 freeway and gas station but also quiet and backed by trees.

Cons:

No hair dryer, even though they had an ironing board and iron.
No complimentary shampoo, lotions, etc. only small soap bars. The stand up shower needs a longer curtain to make water not spill out easier- pipes also shook on occasion. Wifi signal was strong and relatively fast, however if you are staying for an extended time, the complicated changing wifi logins can get to be a bit much, especially if you are having to do this for multiple devices daily. My two week stay meant 60 times at least. Pool was also covered the whole time in mid September.

Une grande chambre dépourvue de tout. Pas de machine à café , pas de réfrigérateur. Vraiment nul l'emplacement. Pas de resto pas de magasin juste une station essence derrière. Pas du tout appréciée
