Dirty & Old & Not Bright / DULL
there was nothing to be liked
property was to dirty when i asked for refund they reject to give refund
The only good thing was the proximity to the airport
Lots of sketchy folks hanging in their cars with the entrance door propped open. Our room had dirty towels and what appeared to be blood on the curtains and wall. Bedding was damp. For the cost of the room this was unacceptable.
I didn’t really like much about the property only that was in a good location right by the airport.
What I didn’t like about the property was when I had made a reservation over a month ago and I understand that it’s by the airport and probably there other people there but there were two buildings and I was told that I would have to get a location on the second floor I am a 65-year-old female and coming from off of a cruise ship with luggage. I was having a hard time getting the luggage to the second floor. I was told that there were only a minimum of eight stairs two stairwells. Well when I asked, could I go around and see first before I completed my transaction with the host at the front desk, she said yes. I walked around to the building. There was a total of maybe about 20 stairs so I had to pull my luggage upstairs, was not offered any help with my luggage. I was told that the shuttle service was 24 hours by the driver of the shuttle come to find out I had gotten up on Wednesday morning to go to the airport at six and the guy behind the desk told me that it didn’t start until 7 o’clock. I had an 8 o’clock flight so I ended up having to call an Uber, which I had to pay $30 for Uber because I had to make sure that I made my flight and I didn’t miss it. I’m not from Washington. I am from Texas so when I did get to the airport and get through the airport, it took up all of the time that I would have had to use if I had an Uber there I would’ve missed my flight. I was also afraid because they had men hanging around the doors to get into the building. there was a bomb which was out there when I got there all night. He was out there so that was very uncomfortable. I was told that I couldn’t get into the room until 3 o’clock.
Terribly dirty and gives unsafe vibes. No a secure entry door.
It was difficult to get to the room, no stairs. it was dirty and not comfortable
It was extremely costly for such a bad experience not clean and smelled like mold
The room is perfect, workers are smiling and helping you always. Best experienced ever with very good price. Thank you.
Nothing, I tried to communicate with the hotel which never once got back to me. I was and am very disappointed with this hotel. If they had a least messaged me, which they did not I'd be okay with them.
Front desk was doing an admirable job.
Dirty, moldy and very overpriced.
Nothing.
The reception area smelt of urine and vomit. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The room smelt of urine and disinfectant and the wifi was hit and miss. There were what appeared to be homeless people in the corridors with their dog. I didn’t feel safe.
