It was Pet-Friendly

Cons:

I had a guest in front of me getting Kitchen untenses and when he asked for paper towels staff said they didn't have any. You offer a full-service kitchen with no paper towels.

Pros:

Nothing ,the staff was razecist, the room was dirty, the soonest we walk in we walk out

The staff on front desk asked if I spoke English but when I call they speak Spanish to me

Not worth the money.
Cons:

Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom sink did not have a stopper in it. It became clogged. I asked for a wake up call and the agreed to call me. Then the next morning no call at all and I was 30 minutes late. When I complained, they said that they don’t do wake up calls anymore. So why did they agree to it in the first place?

Close to where I needed to be to

Cons:

All three different front desk people were very rude not willing to help when I asked a question.
Stayed there for three nights every day we had to get our room key fixed because it would not open the door. There was a live spider underneath the bedding in the sheets.
False advertisement on the website indicating cooking facilities and a continental breakfast there was no continental breakfast whatsoever not even a room for the continental breakfast. There was not one coffee cup in the room only a sink and a microwave and two burners was not able to utilize the room the way we intended on using it.
