Horrible turned away for nothing

I went to check in on the eighth and Erica the assistant GM said I could not stay there any longer? I asked her why, her response was:“I got a call from the extended stay in Harbor Gateway and they said I left the room a mess“ I told her that that was incorrect. I told her I was in a room with a refrigerator that did not function correctly, and a television that did not function correctly nor the remote. So I did leave my soiled food in the refrigerator because it went bad due to the nonfunctioning fridge. I told Erica I had stayed at her place on Delamo before and she never had a problem with me. Everything was fine. But now, I was refused. I could not get the room and she told me I could never stay there again! This is ridiculous! I’m gonna call corporate regarding this situation for both extended. Stay Harbor Gateway and extended stay Delamo I was mistreated as a very good well paying Customer and this is the things I get wow! Maybe if they put me in a room with a functioning refrigerator maybe things would’ve been different at least I didn’t leave it out for it to smell

Cons:

Hair dryer not available. Have to ask for basic needs like shampoo and such. Dishes in kitchen available only by request. Air conditioning wasnt working.
