Noisy, smelly, but convenient, a nice bed but that's about iit
Pros:

I was close to my job area

Cons:

there was a smell throughout the whole building like musty socks, not sure why but very noticeable. At the people that are staying there is from almost homeless (lock all locks) to business travel

Me entregaram as chaves de um quarto que estava ocupado. Tivemos que voltar a recepção e informar o atendente Antônio que quarto estava ocupado e nenhum momento foi pedido desculpas. Péssimo atendimento.
Nem o hotel nem o Booking.com deveriam chamar aquilo que é servido de café da manhã.

No more extended Stay

Die Lage ist gut, direkt am Del Amo Shopping Center

Cons:

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer war von Anfang an schmutzig. Ich habe um eine Reinigung gebeten, aber man sagte mir, dass erst ab einem Aufenthalt von 14 Tagen eine Reinigung erfolgt. Wir waren 12 Tage da. Zudem war die Ausstattung extrem alt, den Kühlschrank mussten wir aufgrund der extremen Lautstärke ausstellen, die Gänge haben stark und unangenehm nach Essen und anderem gerochen. Die Schlüsselkarten mussten wir ständig an der Rezeption neu programmieren lassen, was extrem nervig war.

It was like being a drug rehab facility but no one was trying to be rehabilitated.

There was a non-functioning flat screen TV that looked expensive and was nice.

Cons:

The location which is all high end office building, luxury apartments and shopping is very nice. You property is this honey bucket amongst a civilized scenery. Only on your are there people sleeping in their car, abandon cars, trash everywhere, people who obviously are not staying in your hotel wandering around the parking lot looking for cars to break into.

The bathroom sink was clogged, and toiletries had to be requested at the front desk. Additionally, the king bed was located next to the air conditioning unit, which was blowing directly onto the bed.

Beds were perfectly placed and the room had a little two burner stove to cook instead of always sending money on fast food. Safe was nice

Just had a guest with a cat that didn’t like my dogs and they didn’t like him so it’s was ok when they didn’t cross path
