J’ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit. Je viens faire le check-in à 17h, le personnel m’indique que la chambre n’est pas encore prête. Il me demande d’attendre une heure. J’accepte donc.
De retour une heure après, il me dit de revenir dans 1 heure. Je lui dis que je vais aller manger et que je reviens après.
À mon retour, le personnel m’indique qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible et qu’il ne peut rien faire pour moi.

Quality, price, and good location
Pros:

Good points:

- Great location in District 3: not too far from the airport (you can actually get there using public transport—no need to take a taxi), and also not far from District 1 (the main tourist area).
Getting to the hotel is easy:
Right outside the airport, take the public bus number 152 (fare is around 5,000 VND). Get off at Chùa Vĩnh Nghiêm Pagoda. From there, it’s just a solo 7-minute walk to the hotel.
To go to District 1:
From the hotel, the bus number 03 stops just a few steps away. It takes you straight to District 1 for only 6,000 VND.
The hotel’s location is genuinely good precisely because it lets you reach District 1 easily without overpaying for transport, and it also allows you to get from the airport on your own using public transport—no need for expensive taxis.

- Good value for money.
- Some beautiful temples are quite close by.
- Plenty of cafés and convenience stores just a short walk away.

Neutral points:
- Window with no view. I got one that only looks out onto a staircase.

Pros:

Останавливалась в этом отеле во время поездки в Хошимин и осталась очень довольна. Отличное расположение — удобно добираться до центра, парков и торговых центров. Номер чистый, аккуратный, всё необходимое есть. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь.

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и могу рекомендовать другим путешественникам.

vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển giữa các quận trung tâm tuy nhiên phòng ốc thì xuống cấp trầm trọng. được cái anh lễ tân cũng khá dễ tính vì mình booking là 2 đêm nhưng mình trả lại 1 đêm anh cũng oke không khó dễ.

Poor experience
Cons:

Arrived at 8:30pm and was told the room wouldn’t be ready for a few hours so we were being transferred to another hotel to then return the following day.

When asked how long it would take to wait for the room to be cleaned, we were told 10pm at the earliest.

We had booked with an arrival time of 7:30pm and there was signage offering a 2 hour rate, which they assumingly booked instead of us.

New hotel was cheaper and of a much less standard and we had to check out usual time and have a wait to check into the original hotel, very poor experience.
