Good location away from traffic. Breakfast simple but ok.

Cons:

Get a deluxe room if you go. We didn’t and it was dark and tiny. Only cold water for shower and bathroom very run down. Grubby. Left after one night.

There was a warm water, big bed, clean towel. The staff helped me with adapter to local plugs

Cons:

It was super noisy and small room, a lot of mosquitoes, dirty washroom, almost no toiletries.

Conveniently located property in the heart of Jaffna city.
Pros:

Very conveniently located to the bus stand, it's also within walking distance of most places within Jaffna city.

The staff are absolute gems. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, including pampering us to eat more at breakfast.

The room was decent.

Cons:

Could have done with toiletries, but that's me simply pushing a bit much.
