Cons:

大浴場がイラン危機の影響による石油不足でシャワーになっていた。
代替で宿泊先から５キロ以上離れた湯の花温泉の入湯回数券を支給されたが、予約時にその旨説明がなかったので、困惑した。（翌日は温泉に入りに行きましたが....）宿泊先ではなく予約の運営側だと思うが、当面そのような状況が続くと思われるので、改善してほしい。

Fantastic and magical!
Pros:

We loved it all. Elena, Anna, and Kaz were so welcoming to our family. The international human resource center food and accommodations were wonderful. We recommend this to all! Thank you for your generous effort and fine dining, bathing, and sleeping arrangement. We hope to be back!
