Un lieu hors du commun à l’entrée de la côte amalfitaine.
Pros:

L’appartement est très bien situé et très propre. La conception des espaces en fait un lieu spectaculaire et très agréable. Les deux appartements communiquent entre eux, ce qui est très pratique pour voyager entre amis. La communication avec les propriétaires est facile et rapide, et les propriétaires sont très accommodants. Merci de nous avoir permis de laisser nos affaires un peu plus longtemps ! 😊

Cons:

À noter : un van ne rentre pas dans le garage mis à disposition par l’établissement. Le plus grand appartement compte bien 7 couchages mais seulement deux chambres. Chacune contient un lit double. L’autre lit double et le lit simple se trouvent dans la mezzanine ouverte sur la salle à manger (je précise ce point car l’annonce Booking mentionne 4 chambres).

Beautiful set up for large group and wonderful private outside space
Pros:

Amazing location and terrace was so wonderful hope our group to gather and relax.

Cons:

AC wasn’t great but in spite of that i would stay here again because the amenities location ease parking communication terrace neighbors everything else was fabulous!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Gut ausgestattete, schön möblierte Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner, großer Terrasse. 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Sehr sauber, bei Aufenthalt länger als 5 Tage inklusive Zwischenreinigung und frischer Wäsche. Vietri ist ein netter Badeort, der vor allem von italienischen Touristen besucht wird. Der Sandstrand ist für die Verhältnis an der Amalfiküste eher großzügig, ein nicht unerheblicher Teil ist gratis. Auch dort kann man für 5 Euro am Tag eine Liege mieten, so dass das teure Strandbad wirklich nicht nötig ist. Die Altstadt von Vietri auf dem Berg (15 Minuten zu Fuß steil bergauf) ist auch sehr hübsch. Mit dem Schiff kann man z. B. nach Amalfi, Capri und Positano, mit dem Bus nach Salerno. Die Besitzer der Wohnung haben wir zwar nie gesehen, sie sind aber sehr gut mobil erreichbar und kümmern sich prompt.

Cons:

Eher Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht durchgreifend gestört haben: Die Treppe zum Oberschoss hat kein Geländer, da muss man sehr aufpassen. In der Küche gibt es zwar einen übergroßen Herd und ein Riesenspülbecken, aber keine Arbeitsfläche. Die Klimaanlage kann auch von der Nachbarwohnung aus gesteuert werden, weil die in beiden Wohnungen vorhandenen Steuerungen beide Wohnungen betreffen - wenn man Pech hat und die Nachbarn passen nicht auf, wird man mitten in der Nacht frierend wach, weil die Nachbarn alles auf maximale Kühlung gestellt haben. Jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Ein grundsätzliches Problem an der Amalfiküste ist das Parken: Der öffentliche Parkplatz verlangt in der Hochsaison 5 Euro pro Stunde durchgehend! Parken auf der Straße ist unmöglich, alles ist Anwohnerparken. Die Garage, die zur Wohnung für 20 Euro am Tag dazugebucht werden kann, war unsere Rettung - aber sie ist winzig und ist eigentlich nur für Kleinwagen geeignet.

Pros:

Beautiful place, fabulous terrace, really well air-conditioned. The decor is fantastic and having toiletries is really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

The spiral staircase was a bit tricky and the wardrobes needed to be aired. It would help to have a kitchen surface for preparing food and some instructions on where to get more coffee pods would help too.

All very pleasing overall . A delightful spot
Pros:

Very clean and modern
Terrace with view of river and sound of the waterfall

Cons:

The bathroom fan didn’t sound right when we were there
The shower in the other bathroom was quite leaky
We missed not being able to make coffee ( couldn’t find a coffee maker / pot or kettle)
One more sofa would be good for larger parties

Pros:

Just the location very close to beach.

Cons:

The host didnt talk English, we waiting on hour to open the door, wifi didn’t work 6 days from 7, the house is on the ledge of river and smells at dampness and mold, and always is noise from the river and waterfall.

the house is divided into two locations: one with 3 bedrooms and a studio, even if I rented the part with 3 bedrooms I didn't have
we were allowed to use the jacuzzi, it being allocated to the studio, an aspect that was not communicated when I got
made the reservation.

also, the host's behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, he did not respond to messages and accused us of some things that the housekeeper had done.

Good apartment, bad management.
Pros:

Good location, apartment is quite big.

Cons:

It was badly cleaned. I have an impression that floor was never cleaned before at all. Online check in works terrible. They asked me to make 3 photos of ID card (face side, back side and photo of each of person with document) for 8!!! persons, send me confirmation on email that everything is fine. But 3 hours before our arrival they send me message that it’s not ok and they want me to do it ones again. Are you serious??
And there is no house number in the property adresse on the booking, so we had to call them to be able to dinde it.
So: good apartment, bad management.

Enjoyable vacation experience in the ideally located very convenient apartment
Pros:

The apartment is clean with a very professional and capable air conditioning system. The location is perfect - located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the beach and the port to the ferries to other destinations on Amalfi coast. Easily reachable with minor elevation from the sea level - no need to climb high up to the hill. The terrace is huge with an electrically movable awning. We enjoyed our vacation there a lot! Thank you!

Cons:

Internet connection was a bit slow, but that was a minor problem.

Beautiful and clean apartment, unfortunately the AC didn't work the 1st night and it was quite hot
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, modern forniture, 2 nice bathrooms.

Cons:

The first day the AC didn't work and they couldn't fix it remotely, so it was quite hot during the night, about 80 F (26+ C). The next day the sent a technician to fix it. We staying 2 night total
