Important information:

Due to a limited amount of space in the restaurant, it is highly recommended to book a table in advance.

Please note the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening and all day Tuesday and Wednesday from mid-October to mid-April. For the rest of the year, the restaurant is open every day. On Wednesdays, it is only available for guests, upon prior reservation.

Please note from 15 October to 15 April, the reception is open on Tuesdays and Wednesday for check-in from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Désastreux et pas accueillant. Important pour Booking de faire une visite au plus vite.

Le lieu au bord de la Seine sinon rien!!

Cons:

Le personnel des l'arrivee n'etait absolument pas accueillant. Le repas au restaurant le soir( ou nous étions les seuls un vendredi soir) était ,a part un plat, immangeable et pour un de nous servi dans une assiette largement ébréché. Après des commentaires constructifs de notre part sur ce repas désastreux on nous a de façon scandaleuse indiqué la porte! le petit dejeuner alors qu'il y a un boulanger dans le village était pain et croissant industriel et le jambon tres douteux...On nous a commandé a plusieurs reprise de rentre les clefs alors que nous devions allé chercher nos valises dans nos chambres. L'addition n'etait pas correcte...Les chambres sentaient le refermé et les serviettes éponges étaient completement usées jusqu'à la trame. Bref séjour abominable alors que le lieu est magnifique!

Lovely old inn with genial host, fantastic dinner and breakfast included, right on the water.
Pros:

Wonderful location , central , close to tourism office, church, and on the Seine

Hot water takes a while, no elevator, all rooms are on the first floor

Rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant.Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Emplacement privilégié pittoresque et tranquille.
Parking de l'hotel gratuit et sécurisé.

Cons:

Heure limite du petit-déjeuner trop tôt (9h30).Il faudrait au moins 10h.
Equipements salle de bains pas toujours fonctionnels (évacuation lavabo inopérante,lunette WC cassée...)

Übernachten im typisch mittelalterlichen Charme der Normandie
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel Chaine D‘Or ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Entdeckungen. Idyllische Lage an der Seine, die Historie des Hauses wurde umgesetzt mit vielen Details. Darauf muss man sich einlassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück reichlich und das Personal freundlich. Alles gut!

Aangezien het maar voor 1 nacht was, viel het mee
Pros:

Locatie super, hotelkamer naast de Seine.

Cons:

Verschil tussen de foto's van de site en de werkelijkheid waren niet conform. Het hotel is wat oubollig in infrastructuur, maar met de nodige faciliteiten (proper, goed bed, kast, bureau, badkamer (lavabo, bad), misschien vernieuwen van badlinnen !, TV). Een overzichtboek over hotel en omgeving aanwezig. Pluspunt: het toilet was apart. Basic ontbijt. Diner was excellent, een uitstekende kok ! Opknapbeurt en vermodernisering gewenst !
Vriendelijk personeel (behalve één iemand).
Er mag op gewezen worden wat en wat niet mag maar in beperkte mate. Eenmaal in ontvangstruimte, eenmaal in de kamers maar niet om de vijf stappen een waarschuwing.

Cons:

1 patere dans la salle de bain manque...mais il reste la ferraille et nous nous sommes coupees en attrappant drap de b.
Tv= La chaine tf1 n existait pas!!!
Peu de prises au regard du materiel des occupants (2tel + appareils auditifs ...) ou alors debrancher les luminaires...?
Vitres du logement pas nettoyées.....

Charming upmarket hotel in the centre of the village.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the historic centre of the village; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The hotel has a free secure car park in the hotel grounds and is easily accessible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with good facilities. The hotel itself is superb and is very pleasant with a wonderful ambiance. It also has a large restaurant, where we ate a wonderful four course meal. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of food and beverages.
