Pros:

Cama e sofá cama atendem bem um casal e duas crianças.
Cobertas disponíveis para o frio que estava.

Cons:

Não havia água disponível ao hóspede (um filtro resolveria). Tivemos que pegar com amigos que estavam hospedados 10 andares acima do nosso.
Box minúsculo, dispenser do shampoo quebrado.
Quarto frio demais, em comparação com outros que conhecemos no mesmo local.
Geladeira antiga, fazendo muito barulho (incomodava para dormir).
Proprietário não se interessou em tirar dúvidas minhas. Meu canal de comunicação foi com o hotel, que não é responsável pelo flat.

Good stay, room for improvement.

Cons:

One of the mattresses was really bad. Luckily I was alone, but the other bed was bad. It wasn’t very tidy enough. Loads of buckets, rags and cleaning stuff in the bathroom.
