Hotel desatendido no apto ante incidencias
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y las habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Cons:

Por la noche se escucha la música del pub que está debajo hasta altas horas. La máquina de check in no funcionaba bien (decía que la habitación no estaba preparada, cuando en la web sí nos daba un n° de habitación). Al ser un hotel sin personal, la única forma de contacto es llamar a un número de noruega (con el coste que ello conlleva si eres extranjero, y debes saber inglés). No respondieron a emails ni mensajes a través de booking. Deberían poner un intercomunicador para poder atender incidencias. Además, no había jabón/gel (lo pedimos pero hicieron caso omiso).

Pros:

チェックイン機は予約時の電話番号と名前を入力すれば、部屋番号が表示され、部屋のカードが出てくるので、あらかじめ仕組みを知っていれば楽だと思う。
部屋は広く、清潔。
トラム駅から近く、観光スポット、レストラン、スーパーはいずれも徒歩圏内。

Cons:

部屋のカードに部屋番号の記載がないので、注意が必要。
室内に冷蔵庫はなく、スーツケース用のバゲージラックもなく、クローゼットもない。
水のペットボトルの無料提供はなく、1階の有料の自販機で購入可能だが、近くにスーパーがいくらでもあるので、そちらで買った方が安い。
基本的に滞在中の清掃やタオル交換はない。一応、タオル交換はリクエスト可能なようだが、無料なのか不明。
シャワー室の下の部分の密閉性が甘く、多少水漏れするが、許容範囲内。
1階に併設されているバーからだと思うが、音楽の重低音が響きまくり、2階の部屋だったので、夜中うるさかった。

La ubicación, limpieza, espacio de la habitación

Cons:

No hay personal al que valorar. No llegaba el ascensor a la quinta planta donde nos dieron la habitación teniendo que subir pesadas maletas un piso por las escaleras. La máquina del café de autoservicio no funcionaba.
