Self-check in não funciona
Pros:

Localização é excelente e muito fácil de chegar da estação de trem/ônibus e do centro aonde ficam as casinha da Unesco. O quarto que pegamos era espaçoso e muito confortável para duas pessoas.

Cons:

O sistema de check-in e check-out não funciona o que causou uma grande frustração. O contato com o hotel tambem é difícil, pois não há ninguém pessoalmente e nem que responda rapidamente no booking. Infelizmente não voltaria no hotel por causa disso.

Quite near cafes. Breakfast at ‘A Taste of Norway’ was good value.

Cons:

Late night Noise (huge) from bar below - I was in #209. This room cannot be used. I made a telephone complaint to the only number (vakt) and filled the hotel’s contact form - I am still waiting for a reply from both. There were no visible staff on duty at any time in my four night stay.

Sentral beliggenhet, nye fasiliteter

Cons:

Rom i 2.etg med mye musikk fra bar i etg under.

Røykvarsleren lyste opp et mørklagt rom med røde «laserlys». Gav beskjed til vakttelefonen men fikk beskjed om det skulle være sånn - plagsomt for nattesovnen

Pros:

location is fine, but if you stay at the top floor, then be aware there is no lift to the top floor. you need to be muscular to carry baggage to the top floor rooms.

Cons:

too noisy since there is a Bar at the ground level. Hooligan type boys and girls create a hue and cry in the midst of the night and scream like as they are in hell. especially during friday/saturday.

Muy limpio y las camas bastantes cómodas! Si lo recomiendo!!

Cons:

Los enchufes de las camas que colgaban no funcionaban y el agua se salía de la ducha muchísimo.
Las maletas de los huéspedes se guardan todas en una misma habitación.

Veldigt oversikteligt og enkelt å bruke. God skilting der man kunne undre seg litt.

Cons:

Noe var i uorden, reparetes ikke fort nok i forhold til behovet en gjest kunne ha...
