Il soggiorno è stato piacevole perché ci siamo adattati, ma i servizi dovrebbero essere migliorati.
Pros:

La posizione ottima. Letto comodo. Comodo il self check-in e il self check-out.

Cons:

In una settimana non sono mai state fatte le pulizie.
Non abbiamo avuto il cambio asciugamani nonostante l’avessimo richiesto. Nessun armadio o ripiano nella stanza per poter sistemare gli abiti, solo 2 attaccapanni appesi ad un paletto di 30 cm! Nessun aspiratore nel bagno cieco, nessuna dotazione di tappeto scendi-doccia e due asciugamani veramente piccoli.
Poco insonorizzate le stanze che si affacciano sulla strada.

Pros:

Sa situation centrale mais au calme. La chambre spacieuse et son confort, belle salle de bain . L’option du petit dej continental excellent pour 19€ dans le restaurant en face de l’hôtel .

Cons:

Manque cruel de rangements, alors qu’il y a la possibilité de mettre 2 étagères sur le mur

Hotel self-service in cui vale la pena soggiornare
Pros:

La posizione è ottima. Si raggiungono facilmente sia il centro che i principali hub di trasporti.
Comodo ed efficiente il servizio check-in / check-out automatico, non avendo avuto bisogno di interfacciarci fisicamente con qualcuno.
La camera era abbastanza spaziosa per noi (coppia con bambino) e tutto sommato comoda.
La colazione, sebbene servita all’esterno dell’hotel in un cafè a pochi metri, è stata buona nel complesso.

Cons:

Purtroppo il nostro bagno è risultato un pò piccolo e con necessità di ristrutturazione. Il lavabo era rotto e andrebbe sostituito.
Non sempre efficiente il servizio (su richiesta) del cleaning service. Solo al terzo giorno siamo riusciti a far sistemare la camera nonostante lo avessimo richiesto anche nei giorni precedenti.
L’offerta della colazione, sebbene sufficiente, di buona qualità e servita in un ambiente cordiale, andrebbe a mio avviso un pò allargata con maggiore varietà. Purtroppo con un bambino piccolo risulta tutto più complicato ed offrire sempre le stesse cose lo fanno stancare.

The hotel was fine, clean, easy to check in and check out by yourself. Very central. Overall it was good.

Cons:

The hot water in the room had very little pressure; only a trickle came out. We called and were told that because it was the weekend they couldn't fix it.

Great location, great facilities and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Facilities as expected and of good quality . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Sadly, the room was very hot about 25 degrees, and there was no means of lowering it. We had to have the windows open which then made the room quite noisy at night. I believe the hotel are working hard to rectify the problem.
