BREEZE Hotel Victoria - Self-Service

Comprata la colazione ma quando siamo arrivati in un locale esterno sulla via vi erano pochi alimenti, tristi, inoltre poiché aprivano tardi abbiamo pure saltato la colazione. La macchina del caffè a pagamento ci ha fregato due volte i soldi perché era vuota…

We stayed for 3 days and noone came to clean or even bring toilet paper. We had to buy toilet paper the last day. The coffee machine at the reception we paid for coffee and only hot water was coming out. The second day there were no cups to use for coffee. Add to that the water in the shower was with no pressure, difficult to make bath.

is een nieuw concept, waarbij je eigenlijk geen personeel treft. Als je iets nodig hebt, bijvoorbeeld handdoeken, dan stuur je een app bericht en dan liggen ze als je weer in de kamer komt voor je klaar. eigenlijk best ok

Le seul problème était le store cassé mais j’ai été en contact avec l’hôtel qui m’a dit qu’ils s’en chargeaient directement

Stanza piccolissima per 4, solo lo spazio per camminare tra i letti e anche poco. Non ci stava neanche una valigia. Assistenza completamente assente. Avevo pagato per la colazione inclusa ma non siamo riusciti a farla per la totale assenza di informazioni. Mai più hotel self service. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.

Die Dusche war schlecht einzustellen!

샤워실 수압이 온수로 했을때 약합니다

1) Breakfast is not in the building and start at 8 so since the fiord tour start at 7 30 u cannot have breakfast even if paid. The next day, we had breakfast but the rooms are not in the list at the breakfast place (eventhough included in booking). Than we had to explain but there was not enough bread and not tomatoes even.
2) The shower was plugged than we fixed it. Than very bad smell started coming from the shower, it was hard to breathe even due to smell.
3) There was no door or curtain at the shower.
4) The room sizes are very small for 2 people.
5) The elevator reaches 4th floor. For the room 5th or higher, you need to use the stairs.

Se podría mejorar la limpieza. Al irnos vimos encontramos ropa interior y restos de comida que no eran nuestros bajo las camas.

Ich bin kein Typ für Selfservice. Ab und zu bräuchte ich eine Ansprechperson vor Ort, eben eine Rezeption. Sorry, ich weiß, das dies in der heutigen Zeit bei dem Fachkräftemangel ein Geschäftsmodell ist. Dafür finde ich aber die Zimmerpreise zu hoch.

The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up and down four flights of stairs with two young children. Then the flooring control in the bathroom was broken so the heated floor was so hot we couldn't comfortably walk in the bathroom unless we had shoes on.
