חיפשתי מלון לכל המשפחה לסופש ארוך לחגוג יום הולדת 60 לאבא שלי, ראיתי את מלון פליי בבוקינג והביקורות היו מדהימות שהייתי חייבת לסגור את המלון הזה רק כדי להבין במה מדובר. אכן הביקורות נכונות, מהרגע הראשון שנכנסנו למלון ופגשנו את אורלי מנהלת המלון שקיבלה אותנו בחיוך מדהים ואנרגיות טובות ידעתי שעשינו בחירה מוצלחת🤩. אורלי והצוות שלה היו מקסימים, אדיבים ושירותיים הרבה מעבר למצופה!! אין עוד שירות כזה בישראל!! לא נתקלתי!!! החדרים היו נקיים, הבריכה מושלמת עם מלא מקומות ישיבה, הארוחת בוקק בקפה פלור הייתה מהממת וגם הצוות של בית הקפה מדהים!! המיקום פגז, על הים וקרוב למסעדות שוות לארוחת ערב. החופשה הייתה מעבר לכל דמיון!! פינקו אותנו ודאגו לכל בקשה עם חיוך וסבלנות שחיממו לנו את הלב!! אין לי ספק שנחזור שוב!! ובמיוחד כדי לפגוש את אורלי המלכה של המלון כי איתה אין סיכוי שהחופשה תהיה פחות ממושלמת❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

Although the service in the dining room is good, lunch is limited and not like in other hotels. You need to wait for a waiter to come and take your order, and there is a specific meal set for hotel guests. There is no open buffet, so you have to wait for your order to be brought, and sometimes there are several orders ahead of you, so the waiter must first attend to other guests before taking your order.

The staff service is excellent, but this is still a disadvantage because you have to wait. There is no open buffet if you want something extra, and the amount of bread is relatively limited. It is also not very suitable for children.

Children usually want a dining room with cereal, milk, and a typical Israeli-style buffet breakfast/lunch like we are used to, rather than a restaurant-style setting with limited orders.

בסה"כ נהנינו. היינו רק לילה אחד ונקווה להגיע ליותר בעתיד.
