מיקום נהדר במרחק הליכה מחוף הצוק ופארק החוף החדש. הסוויטות מרווחות ונוחות. יש חדר כושר וספא.

מלון שבטוח נחזור אליו שוב

הגענו למלון זוג עם שלושה ילדים, קיבלנו 2 חדרים צמודים והיה לנו מאוד נח. אורלי המנכלית של המלון קיבלה את פנינו בשמחה, הצוות היה מאוד שירתי והמלון מרשים. המיקום מצויין, על חוף הצוק, קרוב לביג גלילות והטיילת נותנת הרגשה של חו"ל. גולת הכותרת- ארוחת בוקר מצויינת במסעדה של המלון!

כבר עם הגעתנו למקום קיבלה אותנו אורלי, הסמנכלת של המקום, עם חיוך רחב ויחס חם, אישי ונעים. היא הייתה אדיבה מאוד, סבלנית וזמינה לכל שאלה, דאגה לכל פרט קטן ועזרה לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים לאורך כל השהות. הרגשנו שממש אכפת לה שיהיה לנו נוח וטוב, ושהאורחים עומדים אצלה במרכז.
הרגשנו ממש בבית – החדרים היו נקיים מאוד וגדולים. מהרגע שיצרנו קשר עם הקבלה וביקשנו מגבות או דברים נוספים, העובדים הגיעו תוך דקות ספורות.
בנוסף, אנסטסיה עזרה לנו רבות והעניקה שירות מעולה, מקצועי וחם. היא דאגה שנרגיש בנוח והייתה זמינה לכל בקשה בצורה מהירה ונעימה.
המקום עצמו מסודר ונוח, עם מיקום מצוין ואווירה שקטה ונעימה. החוויה הייתה מעולה ואין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב. מומלץ בחום
