Pros:

Location is the main aspect, its great in naddi accessible to sunset viewpoint and restaurants.

Helpful main young receptionist person, had excellent customer service, very accomadating and professional. Always on duty, always on site, diligent in his work, helpful i could go on..

Cons:

Something should be done about the amount of flies in the room upon opening the balcony door, but that's probably the worst thing.

Also the breakfast is very limited.

It was decent stay
Pros:

It was close to all attractions and free parking.

Cons:

The bedsheets and towels had stains. No heater included in room . They charge 300 for it . The room we booked was mountain view and the floor we got was first, we could hardly see view.
