Disappointing and noisy
Pros:

Location was good, Rooms got cleaned every day.

Cons:

Stayed over Tet holidays, family room either side of our double room and both were ridiculously noisy. Had to go out and tell them to be quiet multiple times, it was also right next to the stairs. Possibly noisiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the room wasn’t fully cleaned and tiny.

Great location, don't have the ground floor
Pros:

Location is ideal
Shower is great

Cons:

Mold in room near window that can't be opened.
Had studio apartment k ground floor
Nó windows , no aircon,
Just a dehumidifier and fan, was sweaty everyday

Pros:

Front Desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They managed to get us tickets to Saigon even though most tickets were sold off due to holiday season. They even gave us a wake up call at 5.30am to ensure that we didn't miss the bus. Special touches like this made our time in Dalat a memorable one. Thank you again

Cons:

No instant coffee bag provided
Location is central but its a little noisy during weekend if cannot tolerate the noise from night market & cafe shops down the roads
