Perfectly fine in a great location.
Pros:

Great location .. very clean .. well appointed .. nice modern style.

Cons:

WIFI was terrible! (and I am part of 'Crypto Valley' .. so Internet connection VERY important!). WIFI did not work in the bedroom. (so couldn't work from bed) WIFI speed was VERY slow. Could use higher quality bedding...something that breaths and is not synthetic. Also, the wooden shutters don't do a good job blocking light from the street. (I like it dark, so now I am being picky. ;-) I tried closing the shutters a number of times .. but they always seemed to blow open a bit and flood the room with streetlight. Maybe an internal blackout curtain?
