Staff were uneducated. The lady staff was unaware and about to charge me extra for breakfast.

Adorable place to stay near the Buddha stupa.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. The outside sitting area was so nice and welcoming. The cafe design was so nice. I really enjoyed the few meals I had there.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the city, which I did want. But there was no warm water so showering there in the cold was a bit rough.

Bel endroit avec cour intérieure

Cons:

Très bruyant avec le passage constant des avions. Difficile de se coucher tôt ou relaxer puisqu'il y a de la musique en soirée dans la cour. Pas d'eau chaude et lent à servir repas à la chambre, avons dû retourner demander...ils nous avaient oubliés. Hôtel difficile à trouver dans quartier très achalandé. Devions y coucher 3 nuits et avons changer la réservation pour une nuit.

Pros:

Cloud 9 war für mich der perfekte Ort, um mich nach einem Trek zu erholen. Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, und auch der Zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut überzeugend.

Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass das Hotel nicht – wie viele andere – im touristischen Viertel Thamel liegt. Die ruhigere Lage hat meinen Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gemacht, und dadurch konnte ich Kathmandu nochmal von einer anderen Seite kennenlernen.

Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Abende mit Live-Musik im Garten des Cloud 9. Die Atmosphäre war warm, gemütlich und genau das Richtige, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Ich war im November dort und habe es in meinem Zimmer leider etwas kalt empfunden.

Pros:

I’ve been here for a few days and it was the best! Really nice owner and the staff is gentle and helpful. It is a beautiful place with a nice garden, where they play live music in the evenings. I had a lovely time over here and would definitely recommend it!

Ruhiger grüner Garten und moderne Einrichtung im Aufenthaltsraum, guter Kaffee und Frühstück

Cons:

Fluglärm, da sich das Hotel direkt neben der Startbahn des Flughafens befindet.
Kein Fenster oder Lüftung im Badezimmer, kein warmes Licht am Bett, Wasserkocher wünschenswert

Unsure why all the reviews are so good!
Pros:

Big room full of natural light.
Good coffee.

Cons:

If you want a good sleep, this may not be the place for you. The hotel is right under the airplane path, pigeons sit on your balcony, no soundproofing, the monastery nearby starts music very early. The mattress is covered in plastic underneath the sheet so every time you turn you get woken up.
The restaurant service took over an hour for breakfast. The music in the garden in the evening was terrible, really didn’t lean into a peaceful garden vibe.

Pros:

一樓環境蠻美的，早餐也很好吃
櫃檯服務很友善，無論白天或晚上，都有給予我幫助

Cons:

房間有點老舊，熱水不穩甚至可以說不一定有
有遇到冷氣跟電扇有點狀況但後來服務人員有幫忙解決跟換房間

Номер старый, но просторный, с балконом, вид красивый из номера.

Конечно цена отеля соответствует его качеству, особенно учитывая вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

С розетками в номере прямо беда, у меня была одна рабочая розетка и та сломалась в предпоследний день проживания. Персонал придумал принести мне тройник с удлинителем.
Мне очень не понравилась хозяйская собака спокойно бегающая по кухне и зоне кафе, я люблю собак, но всему свое место, эта собака часто мешала позавтракать или поработать, прыгала на штаны своими грязными лапами и испортил мне 3 пары штанов, пытался жевать мои штаны.
Из крана шла желтая вода, вот это мне не понравилось крайне сильно.
В целом не уверена, что приеду еще раз, прожила почти 2 недели в этом отеле
